It felt very heavy to stay there. The facilities were very good. The area was also very good. The room service was also excellent. There was also hot water for bathing. We felt everything was fine after staying there.

it is good for solo traveler..service is good . staff behaviour is good.I had a bed and a locker. the safety is good .I stayed there 2nights ..you should have earphones if you use phone in order to avoid disturbing others next to your bed. location is also good . I did not receiv any toilataries and water . I asked the staff to change the bedsheet and they did it for me ...overall good for short stay. Good place for solo traveler. It's safe .locker was also given . Location is also good .

I stayed for 2 days. The hotel staff lost my shampoo while cleaning my bed. I suggest to keep everything in your luggage when going out.

Poor Stay
Rude staff from the first second. Upon arrival I see the person who was there the night get out of bed, so I analyze the sheets looking for identifiable traces. I ask to change the sheets, I walk around the city, I come back and the sheets were the same. Same hair, fur and lines of dirt. I ask one of the staff to change the sheets, and here embarrassing scene: he comes from the bed, looks at it and says "the sheets have been changed". I insist saying that it is not true and that they were full of hair, so they changed them for me. Non-existent common areas, a river of people, mine was the bed in the most passage point of the entire dormitory of 20/30 people. floor and bathrooms are dirty

Bad experience
Horrible experience, bathroom was so dirty. This hotel only good for couples and teenagers to enjoy with their partners. There is a pub above hotel , couldn't sleep the whole night because of the loud dj music.

i found the place clean especially the bathrooms ..had a good view from the balcony of the dorm. Clean sheets. Hot water was available and location is very convenient.

The stay was quite comfortable. Knowing mumbai is an expensive city, finding accommodation at affordable rates was a blessing. The staff were honest, helpful & good nature d people.

Good stay place for 1, 2, 3 bed
It was family stay. Clean place, good service. Surprisingly it was a place not expected but good to stay. Food available. But have approach to good restaurant

Poor Stay
For residence and security i give 4 star but for behaviour of counter staff i just give zero mark because at the time of departure when i asked him for any documents or sign for my check out from hotel, please forward to me. Then he said it's not your work it's our work, if you want it i can appoint you on payment here. After requesting many time finally he gave me bill of one day stay. So much bad behaviour.
