Location is very good. Metro station is nearby. But Wifi facility must be provided and Washroom needs exhaust fan and plumbing fixtures needs to improve. Overall stay was comfortable.

The location was Great,it was near to the marine drive and VFS global center for Visa purposes.The bed, Blanket,Mattress and pillow were clean.There were no stains.I booked the dormitory as Solo Traveller, there was 2 bathroom and 4 toilets which were quite clean, had cold and warm water for bathing.There was inhouse restaurant if you wanted to order any food.The food was Tasty and within a reasonable price.It was an overall good experience for a solo traveller looking for some cheap stay near the CSMT,Marine Drive and Mahalaxmi.

Food is good quality. Prompt service , behavior of staff is good...while rooms are very small, good a quick stay near south bombay.....while entrance will not be very good ..overall exp is good

It felt very heavy to stay there. The facilities were very good. The area was also very good. The room service was also excellent. There was also hot water for bathing. We felt everything was fine after staying there.

it is good for solo traveler..service is good . staff behaviour is good.I had a bed and a locker. the safety is good .I stayed there 2nights ..you should have earphones if you use phone in order to avoid disturbing others next to your bed. location is also good . I did not receiv any toilataries and water . I asked the staff to change the bedsheet and they did it for me ...overall good for short stay. Good place for solo traveler. It's safe .locker was also given . Location is also good .

I stayed for 2 days. The hotel staff lost my shampoo while cleaning my bed. I suggest to keep everything in your luggage when going out.

Tip top hotel facilitie is good, location food , cleaning, coperated staff, ext , I was satisfied.

Rude staff from the first second. Upon arrival I see the person who was there the night get out of bed, so I analyze the sheets looking for identifiable traces. I ask to change the sheets, I walk around the city, I come back and the sheets were the same. Same hair, fur and lines of dirt. I ask one of the staff to change the sheets, and here embarrassing scene: he comes from the bed, looks at it and says "the sheets have been changed". I insist saying that it is not true and that they were full of hair, so they changed them for me. Non-existent common areas, a river of people, mine was the bed in the most passage point of the entire dormitory of 20/30 people. floor and bathrooms are dirty

Horrible experience, bathroom was so dirty. This hotel only good for couples and teenagers to enjoy with their partners. There is a pub above hotel , couldn't sleep the whole night because of the loud dj music.
