Rooms ventilation was not good. There was no window. Disturbance was there as the rooms were not soundproof.

I stayed many times but last time i got very bad experience. Non cooperative no adjustments. I will never visit this property again.

Need full refund. The room provided had no windows while booking we were shown big rooms in the hotel's profile. The room we got was really small, congested and washroom was smelling. We had to change the room eventually and move into another small room, which was equally congested, smelly with no windows. Even the ac was letting out smelly gas when switched on. So we couldnt use ac. This is fraud as tall promises are made while booking and not even basic amenities like ac and hygienic room are provided. I need full refund.

It was very clean. Staff was supportive. Will recommend it. The breakfast was really really tasteful.
