I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the condition of the room provided during my recent stay. The overall experience was far below even the most basic standards expected. The room had a persistent and unpleasant smell, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom knob was faulty and wouldn’t close properly — a serious privacy and safety concern. There were no slippers provided in the room, which is unacceptable for any guest accommodation. The water provided was not even cold, let alone drinkable or refreshing. To add to the inconvenience, there was no kettle or any arrangement for tea/coffee — not even basic refreshments. It’s shocking that such poor arrangements are being offered to guests. This reflects a severe lack of attention to hospitality and basic hygiene. I urge you to take immediate corrective measures, not just for future guests, but to uphold the bare minimum standards expected from your establishment.

Fristly sir the water bottle provided by us for you is a sealed Bislari bottle and there is no need for safety concern. the water was cold you wan't a freeze bottle. the slippers was not placed in yours room before check in after that when you call a room service boy he will provided the slippers for you. and the kettle issue yours booking is only AC delux room there you dont add any extra aminites like breakfast dinner etc. You just booked a normal AC Deluxe room. if you add breakfast in your booking we will serve you a very special dish of our Hotel (Amritsari kulcha , tea / coffee, Aloo parantha with curd and pickle) . when you visit next time in our proprty we try to fullfil all demands and all the necessary things you mentioned to our future guests. thankyou ....

Everything was up to the mark. Staff behavior, Amenities, Location - all good. However, what needs to be improved upon is the check out time. It should be a strict 24 hours rather than 22 hours only.
