Hotel The Cove

The room was too dirty and marks found on the bedsheet as well as the pillow ,on request to change rooms the same condition was there and the behaviour of the hotel staff is not good . on complaining staff behaving rudely. very bad experience.

This is safe and hygiene and polite staff. Best for couples. Food taste is also nice.

The stay was fantastic. Cleanliness super. Services amazing. And the staff was trained to perfection. One of the best stays in and around the Tricity.

The room was decent, but the amenities were very limited. More attention should be given to providing better facilities. The door was extremely loud, and the room lacked sufficient lighting, which made the stay less comfortable.

nice experience it was near to sec 9 market which has so many food options . plus near to play zone area . clean washroom n rooms .

Great stay

Location is good. Hygiene and food is also good. Overall experience is great. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms are also very neat and maintained.

The property was premium and clean the facilities could be improved such as gym private parking etc.

Both the bath towels was not cleaned (dirty towels) properly. Room was good, hospitality was good, thanks.

This hotel is very old and need a renovation now. Walls of the room need repair and staff behaviour was not very good.

Possibly the best hotel experience that i've had at this price point. The rooms were spacious, well furnished (except that the tv could have been a bit bigger) and clean. The service was outstanding and the food was great. The hotel has been done up nicely and we really liked the rooftop restaurant lounge.

I had an amazing stay with my partner in the cove. We booked deluxe room however, they upgraded us to suite room. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We would love to recommend it to others.

We had booked a suite for our stay at the cove for a couple of days overall experience was average. The internet is below average and terrible. In the morning breakfast included in the package there is little choice of any continental cuisine. The roof top lounge is great place to hangout. The location of the property is nice and ok for nearby commutes within the city.

The location is so luxury, food is so much delicious and the services are excellent. In my opinion for family and couples it's a very good place to fell comfert.

The cove has very beautifully decorated rooms and very clean. The staff was real good. Food was of great quality and price was also not high. It was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

Neat and clean hotel, with well trained and courteous room service staff. On the flop side, the hotel has no parking of its own. Car had to be parked outside, under the blazing sun
