Rooms are not properly maintained like lights not working & earlier carbage not cleaned before check-in

It was a good hotel overall. It was pretty clean, had good food, and was also nestled in the greeny area of Panchkula, which was a bonus.

Stay was fine. Room was clean and tidy. We got a free upgrade here, although the room cost us high during our booking. top floor restaurant is good, with good ambience, but they charged a lot for 6 pints of beer. they charged almost double as what they had mentioned in their menu. I didn't get time to discuss that with them but whoever is trying to order anything from the bar menu, check and confirm the price before.

Decent place with comfortable rooms and polite staff. The overall experience and service was really execellent. Thanks for such a cozy and relaxing exoerience. I highly recommend the stay at the cove wing.

Rooms are equipped with all kinds of facilities and fancies. Services are also good except the restaurant service. Breakfast arrived after 1 hour of ordering.

it was horrible experience. AC of the room turned off automatically after 15 minutes. they said this is the only delux room left and you have to stay here only.because we had already made the payment through mmt, we had to stay and I was up all night to turn the ac again and again

Very bad stay .Refrigerator, Electric Kettle,TV did not work.Initially room given did not have a window.After making request another room was given with window but,above said amenities did not work. My friend stayed in the same day in hotel Parbhat Inn which is half the cost of ELm and its much better hotel.I will never recommend Elm to anyone.

At the rooftop, there was cocktail party, due to which there was huge sound pollution, this was ñeven after the requesting to receptionist up to mid night.

Extremely non professional attitude, very bad linens, room lighting, furniture cloths with stains, window glasses not transparent, bathroom shower system faulty. Overall very poor experience. I can never recommend anyone to stay there.

Location is very good, posh sector. Service and amenities at hotel were good. Nearby restaurants also serve good food

I had a very comfortable stay at hotel elm, panchkula. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was also good. Food was just too good from both restaurants- chugli & bisaat

Really a bad experience for myself. I had booked the room with dinner & breakfast. As my check in was late, i wanted to know about the menu, but nobody responded on the given number. At 11 in the evening, i receive a call that they provide a fixed thali for dinner. I didn't take dinner, subsequently. While checking in, nobody came to help with the luggage & some persons even seeing me checking in, remained confined to front office. They provided me a dingy, window less room, and was stinking with smile. After i agitated, they provided me another room with a closed window but had torn out wall papers. Breakfast was limited to a fixed menu. Ni biscuits, muffins. As i am travel-ling profusely, i suggest not to stay in this hotel given the mediocre & inadequate services being provided by the hotel.

Amazing location, good staff, clean & cozy room! food was also good. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. Whenever visiting panchkula again, will stay in the same hotel. Value for money !

No hygiene room was not clean breakfast option 2as there properly no place for breakfast they will insist you to have it in room only.

Room was clean. Food was good as well. I have taken breakfast and dinner while booking. They have few options in dinner and we have to select from that only. Food was tasty. In breakfast the items were very limited. Breakfast items were not that good. Didn't like much. It is 10 mins driver way from Chandigarh railway station that is a good point. Otherwise there are many hotels present in that area and looked better that this.

Stay was comfortable. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the food as well as the stay. Must visit the cafe of the hotel.

Location good, room and washroom are considerably spacious. Breakfast was given in room only (on order) and not served buffet. I paid charges for a breakfast buffet (approx inr 800) but was offered in room breakfast. Neat room and bathroom, clean towels. Overall good experience, recommended for business stays.
