Unhygienic and smelly washroom , smelly room, not that room which we booked, no toiletries, un functional tv

Very bad no neatness and staff behaviour is very bad beds are coming smell and blankets are dirty

It was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and polite. Would look forward to visit again

I paid for the deluxe room but they gave me a normal room. I was told it was the best room they have but I told them that according to the picture the room they hadprovided was wrong.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The bedsheet was not clean, and the toilet was in poor condition. The taps were also not working properly. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the hotel, they changed my booking to another property without prior notice. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Remote locality, no proper local transport. No food at hotel or no food court near to hotel. In the morning no tea or coffee served, when we asked them, reply is no milk.

Staff is polite. No fresh air fan in toilet leads smell and unhealthy. TV not working. No foot mat in wash room. No kitchen. However value for money. Location is ok. Ac working good. Washroom cistern tank some time not working

The Property Owner was humble, cooperative and a nice person. The hotel staff was also professional. I will give 5 out of 5 stars.

Hotel Blue castle change our room at the last time. And they shift in another hotel of her branch. They don't have food in early morning. Another system of the hotel is good. Har customer behaviour is also very good.

It was a horrible experience for us. The bedsheets were untidy , air conditioner was not working properly and even the toilet seat was broken.

Very clean, amenities were in good condition and most importantly the behaviour of the staff was cooperative and polite.

Service and prices are vere good and the staff is fantastic really loved the service and the rooms are also good

Hotel is not for family stay, no water supply in washroom, untidy bed sheets room don't have phone to call reception.

My experience was very worst in this hotel. There were so many things due to which i was unsatisfied. 1. Hotel was present at last in backward area 2. No cleanliness was there, bed sheet, pillow covers, quilt cover were very dirty. 3. Only unmarried couples were coming in this. Not only spots even hair were also there. 6. Overall i say it was not conformable to me. I didn't take pics. You can visit there

The experience of staying in this hotel was very bad. I was not given accommodation in the hotel that i had booked but in some other hotel. Which i did not like.

Worst experience of my life to stay in a hotel, please rethink twice before you plan to check in here
