Review Of Hotel Royal Star

This is has been my third stay at the hotel.its located in heart of market block.hotel is clean and staff is polite and very helpful.the stay was comfortable and food served was also delicious and hygienic.overall a very comfortable experience.

Very Disappointing Experience at Royal Star Hotel I had a booking at Royal Star Hotel and checked in around 7:00 AM. The staff informed me there would be an extra charge for early check-in, which I agreed to without any issue as I was tired and just wanted to rest. However, the behaviour of the person at the reception was extremely disappointing. He spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner, as if he was doing me a favour by giving me the room. I was given a very simple room and treated poorly throughout the check-in process. Hospitality should begin with respect, but sadly, that was completely missing here. I sincerely hope the hotel management looks into their staff’s behavior and improves their service standards. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from a hotel listed on MakeMyTrip.

The location of the property is good as this is surrounded by restaurants and other shops. However, our stay was not comfortable as it is not well maintained and dirty. We had to pass through the hotel restaurant which is used for all the other purposes. One day we had to live with a broken bathroom fitting. The blankets and towels were pathetic. We will not come back to this property as this is not value for money. I will not recommend this property to anybody. Thanks.

A very comfortable room with breakfast included very family friendly people there and vere good environment

Bedsheet, Pillows and Matress were very dirty. Also the floor was very dirty. Flush was not working properly and the shower was also not working. Total money waste. I am recommending everyone not to go there. No wifi. Matress, Bedsheet and Pillows were very dirty and full of hairs. Floor was not clean as sticky footprints were clearly visible there, washroom was smelly, flush was not working properly, shower was not working and there was no wifi available. Overall i rate this a worst experience and recommend everyone not to go there.

Absolutely pathetic hotel with dirty linen and washroom. Pretty to say the least. Avoid in any condition. Stayed for a night and regretted immediately as soon as reached the location. photos uploaded in description. Roof was leaking, dirty pillows, dirty towels, dirty linen, foul smell everywhere.

it was okayish for solo male traveller not for family, there are better options around the hotel food was also okayish for the price point it was thik thak hotel

The rooms are good. The hotel staff and owner have a kind demeanor. Rooms are neat and clean. The hotel have its own restaurant which provides good food.

On my ever month visit ...I choose hotel Royal star cuz of their excellent hospitality and rooms. Worth staying 😃

Pathetic food

There was a lack of cleanliness in the room. The bed was also not properly arranged. The shower was also not working. AC was not provided with the remote initially. But after requesting, they provided it. The only advantage was that the food was ordered and provided instantly.

Had a pleasant stay nice staff Good location . Good Breakfast couldn't try other food as it was not Halal meat.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff was very helpful in shifting the luggage. The room was decent clean and bathroom was clean too. We got good hot water for bath which never happens in most of the hotels. Our stay was a short stay but it was good and worth the price.

Poor room condition, bad bathroom, not clean and damaged condition. No wifi, didn't provide clean towels. They assigned isolated room to a female solo traveller next to men having party and drinks. People were causing ruckus at night, trying to open other people's hotel rooms. It was not safe, very poor condition, staff didn't try to solve the situation and due to no windows, it was had a strong smell of smoke.

The place was easy to locate, staff was polite and overall the stay was superb. Look forward to visiting again.

Neat & clean amenities. Liked it. I thought whenever I will be in Panchkula, I will stay there only.

Food was not tasty at all. Room service was slow not good. They have even not having a thermos to keep the warm till it comes to room.

Recommended. Hotel is good. staff is friendly. location is easily accessible. Rooms were small. However they upgraded on additional charges. Room doors have issue as outside light comes in.
