Good ambience,great food,clean room and clean washroom with good staff and excellent location and view

The hotel is built with very nice interior. The staff was very helpful and amazing. The quality of food was excellent.

Hygienic & good hotel. Stayed there for 3 nights on a business trip. Comfortable & convenient. A garden nearby to go for morning jogging & exercise. They dont serve buffet breakfast but have enough ala carte option in complimentary bf.

Hotel was very good. Beautiful room comfort, convenience all were good. But didn't have a restful night. Staff was knocking at our door in the mid of night. They were even ringing the bell. When i complained to the reception, someone just said cleaning work going on in next room. It was 12. 30 am. I was shocked. Thereafter some one even tried to force open the lock of my room. Again i called up the reception, but response was casual. Ultimately i had to tell him that either he gets stopped all noise immediately or else i would be compelled to call in the police. We were on 4th floor where i saw there were 2 or 3 rooms of staff. We both were females travelling. I don't think inspite of all the luxury etc. I would like to return there. Besides as the usual story goes, linen, towels, sofa, all had stains, visible on a close eye. I've gotten used to it, in almost 60 % of the best hotels in india. Hygiene takes a back seat. Concept is missing.

The room was awesome and the service of the hotel was also good. The cleanliness and hygiene was up to the mark.

It was a marvelous stay. Services were appreciable food, and everything was up to the mark as expected. The receptionist priyanka made the check-in procedure smooth up to the mark. Will surely be visiting again to this beautiful property.

The hotel is centrally located in panchkula. Its worth the price and a great deal. Quick service.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always feel at home. The staff at reception and also in housekeeping + restaurant exhibit high standards of service and courtesy. The credit for creating such a positive environment goes to senior management of the hotel. Surely would visit again.

They charged extra for bedsheets over the bill. It should have been included with room rent itself but very disappointing to acknowledge that they charged 700 extra at the time of checkout. Disgusting! also the room size was small and they were as it is charging too much for the room.
