The property was not like how it was advertised, were clean bugft service was bad, hot water was not provided and v , was provided to rooms.

The place was okay for the money they took , but there was no hot water in the shower , there’s q club called Ma Belle at the roof top and they play loud music till 5 am in the morning , sleep is not even an option, waking up with a headache is normal as you wont be able to sleep , the mattresses are uncomfortable for the back.

property is good but the service is bad. I booked an executive room with a mountain view. when we reached there was heavy rain. in my room water was flowing. so they changed my room. But I saw that is not executive room. so they tried to downgrade us. when I complained they again gave me same room and send someone to clean room. when I ordered food and saw the bill then it was charged excess from menu. So I again complained. bill was not corrected but I paid according to menu.

Poor Stay

The property was not able to provide very basic amenities for the amount of Room they have quoted of appro 2000 per night. 1.No slippers provided 2.No telephone to connect to Room service 3.Receptionist were just standing line robots, not able to provide any help. 4.Room extension charges are way high. 5.the property owner was ignorant 6.No Hot water provided. 7.dressing kit didn't had any comb or moisturizer. 8.Towels were smelling 9.The AC was not working properly. Cooling wasn't appropriate even after running on 16° What was worse is their loc is in outskirts and still they are charging such high prices and rubbish amenities.

Hotel Hygine and maintenance was not upto the marked. Towels were toured and size was small. Also there were loose wire in the room. Very noisy and uncomfortable. Food quality was okay. Tea was pathetic and very slow service.
