Excellent Stay
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel The Royal GM Plaza, Jaipur. The hotel is very near to the Jaipur railway station and also near tourist spots like Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall museum, City palace and some shopping markets. The staff at the hotel were very hospitable and responded positively throughout. The food at the hotel restaurant is also good though the quantity felt a little less for some items like Chicken Biryani. The breakfast options were good though not very vast but seemed sufficient to us, with the staff ensuring availability of all items. They also helped us get a taxi to visit distant tourist spots like Jal Mahal, Amer fort, etc particularly as Uber requests were getting cancelled. While leaving back to the railway station, the staff helped us throughout with luggage and stayed back until the taxi left. So, overall a great stay.

Good Stay
1.Rooms are excellent. 2.Service Excellent. 3.Good Quality food Supplied. 4.Quality and Branded amenities are supplied. 5.Great location. 6.Promt room service 7.Exceptionally bad service from the travel desk.(The allotted car driver literally diverted us from the main destination to his own preference commission based area)

Very Good hotel

Average Stay
The decoration was decent, but overall the experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub wasn’t working as there was no water supply. There was no candlelight dinner or lunch as mentioned. The food quality was very poor – only two vegetable dishes and undercooked rotis were served, the dal wasn’t good, and there was no paneer dish either. The property didn’t match the photos shown online. Also, there was no welcome drink or breakfast provided.

Perfect Stay: Clean Room, Great Food, and Nice Staff!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel! 1. Location: The location was perfect—right near the railway station but still in a pleasantly quiet residential area. 2. Room: The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. 3. Food: The food was excellent! Both the breakfast and dinner were really good. 4. Staff: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit. 5/5 Stars

Excellent Stay
In terms of Cleaniness and hospitality not less then a 4 or 5 star hotel. Attached Restaurant provides good food at reasonable price. I would love to stay again if i Visit Jaipur.

Location, clean and traspo
Room was very comfortable neat & clean. bathroom was very clean. Location wise also ok . Railway station very near to hotel. Restaurants food also very tasty. Service also good. overall experience was very nice.

Extremely pleased and overwhelmed with this hotel. They have upgraded our room, to the point service. Very well maintained property, smiling gesture and food quality and variety exceptional. Kudos to the owner mainly Nikita maam for being with us.

Good Stay
Room was cleaned and nice. Clean bathroom. Located in a nice locality close to Pink city, and other attractions. However, the rooms are little closed and not airy. overall good..

Good choice
Staff were hospitable. Service prompt. The restaurant Zaika cooked delicious food. Scope for improvent: The breakfast can be served quicker. The fan made noise at certain speeds.

Excellent Stay
I stayed here for 3 days and had a good overall experience. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. There’s a restaurant on-site, which was convenient – the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The property is located in a quiet residential area, which made for a peaceful environment, though it is a bit away from the city center.
