Room is not properly furnished. Blankets are dirty. There is no attached bathroom.

The owner not doing like reputable person do, thinks are not good service or reception, facilities etc

I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. The incident that happened with me is as follows. First of all, when i reached the hotel at 5 to 5. 30 pm, the hotel madam told me that i will not let you check in. Tell the side from which you booked the hotel that they are charging less money, that is why they are not letting you check in. Then i talked to the customer care, they told me to wait for 45 minutes. With the positive response of make my trip's jatin ji sir, i was given check in. After this, madam said that i will have to leave the hotel at 10 am. Then when i talked to the same customer care, they agreed with great difficulty for check out at 11 am. I have never had such a bad experience on make my trip. But the best thing was that i got check-in with the help of jatin sir's efforts, even though it was very late, for this i would like to thank jatin and also would like to advise make my trip to exclude such hotels from their list.

Had a good stay. Friendly person. All okay.

Our family stay experience was great at dev hotel, proper property cleanliness was there & complete stay experience was wonderful
