worst stay for this price .booked from mmt .the tap water has veru low pressure and the hot water was not there .the cell phone was not working.i have complainted about these issues later they have given new room next day with same issues.today is my third day I have decided there will be no more booking in this hotel in my future it will be last .guys you can go for shivam resorts 1 .5 km apart from here it was a best experience for me previous time price was also in same range .best for buisness travel

Average Stay
The room was not at all hygiene. The facilities were average. We walked in at night for which we were charged 600 extra for the same semi deluxe room but through mmt we get it with a discounted rate.

Poor ser
Hotel property is good but the service is very poor, they did not check the room properly before giving you key. Room key electronic lock had not worked properly for a single time in my two days of stay. Geyser, electric kettle and room lights all were checked post complaint. Breakfast was not good they served poha which was cooked atleast 2 hours before. Methi paratha was full fried in oil. Management need to audit randomly to ensure quality services for guests.

Terrible Stay
Hotel service is extremely poor. Staff doesn't have atiquate. Hygiene not maintain. No house keeping in the room. Sorry pillow and bedsheets. Staff is not co-operative. Facilities like tv fridge not working in the room

The maintenance and room service was good. Laundry service could be worked up on. Food as always was good and restroom was clean. Hot water issue should be taken care of.

Stayed in this hotel last week had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Staff in this hotel is very friendly. As this is new hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good. But issue is it located outside the city and to go and visit the place takes time to reach.

Amazing stay & service
We booked hotel the sawai for 2 nights as we were traveling for an official meeting. As this hotel was close to our destination. Thanks to mr. Kevin for being helpful and for an amazing service. Rooms were clean & neat. Food was also excellent. The only thing was bothering was it is situated in such a outskirt area there is no access to any restaurant or any other shopping spot. Almost like a semi rural area. But hotel was awesome.

Night staff was not courteous at all. Ordered food was delivered after 1:30 hours and that too was not freshly cooked as it was not served hot. Unprofessional serving staff found during night.

Poor Stay
Service is to bad. No images. Clearing is to bad no one has come for room clearing in 24 hrs all garbage has put out of room gate till we leave a room

Terrible hotel
The hotel is not only 14 kms from the city it lacks basic facilities the light was out for almost 1 and half days and the staf was least interested in helping out. Also they unnecessarily charged me for the water bottles which was included in the stay on a piece of paper. Would not recommended amyone to stay at the hotel

businessOverall an average experience. No hand towels, no shower curtains, no buffet breakfast. Breakfast order takes more than half hour in the morning not meant for business traveler
