overall experience was very good , Food's taste was awesome and service also good ..I must recommend to everyone to stay here.

Hotel service is very bad , landline doesnt work , staff is not supportive . Cant even provide a water bottle on time. I had to go to the downstairs to collect the water bottle my self. Terrific service

Good place to stay and excellent food. Clean rooms with good facilities. Nice stay and bar facility is also available

Foul smell in the room, mosquitoes all around, no water supply in the washroom. Split AC water leakage inside the room

Terrible, the one word that define my stay. The toilets are dirty, stains all over toilet seats, taps broken. The dirty smell from toilet directly comes down heavily in the room and if spray is not used it's impossible to sit in the room

No water was provided. Room dod not have ac remote. Bathroom was dirty. Loud dj disturbed sleep. Mini fridge was non functional. No hot water for bath.

Hospitality is not good bath room was so smell, no water in the room we are going for one night stay but we check out in the evening same day.

Room toiletries needs improvement hot water availability has to be ensured as we didn’t find this in room. Breakfast menu also needs improvement however dinner was quite good

Lacation was good.

ac was not working properly. when set at 18° within friction of second it jump to 26. bathroom was not clean, there was some hairs. toilet flush was not working properly, it was very hard. drinking water was not provided by hotel staff not even regular water. food was good

Very bad hotel will never stay there again and will never recommend anyone. Room was. Not clean, bathroom was very bad service was extremely poor.

No water in bathroom. Shower water was hitting the ceiling n then falling. No service from the desk. The bucket was layered in coat of dirt. Not even arranged a taxi. Secondly i had cancel-led my flight tickets from mumbai to goa due to delay of flight not my fault still there is no refund from airline

They don't know about customer care and there is no technically experience staffs in front office becouse of this lots of complications for guests while check in and check out. Mmt team please be careful and cons-entreat to tie up with partners like this.
