this hotel lacks services and cleanliness. the towels provided were oil stained. the floor was not that clean. Restaurant services were pathetic. If you order just tea, you will have to wait for 40 mins.

Room was nice and clean but let me tell you it’s very evident that the staff is not professionally trained for running a hotel. We asked for lunch and as per the staff the restaurant n kitchen was closed! we asked for juice during breakfast and it wasn’t available. We paid per day for the room but got really disappointed with their behaviour! loud music is continuously playing and you will definitely not like it if you want to relax. Speakers are attached outside every single room. Staff didn’t had a uniform and they behave rudely. It’s really bad that such a good property is not managing the things properly! Worst experience i’ve ever had in a hotel.
