We checked in late and staff was really kind to help us check in, and extra bedding was also arranged. however the breakfast was not available even till 9.30 am in the morning. in toiletry kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided.

Room was nice and clean but let me tell you it’s very evident that the staff is not professionally trained for running a hotel. We asked for lunch and as per the staff the restaurant n kitchen was closed! we asked for juice during breakfast and it wasn’t available. We paid per day for the room but got really disappointed with their behaviour! loud music is continuously playing and you will definitely not like it if you want to relax. Speakers are attached outside every single room. Staff didn’t had a uniform and they behave rudely. It’s really bad that such a good property is not managing the things properly! Worst experience i’ve ever had in a hotel.
