The room and bathroom were clean and good staff support. But it was smaller than shown in the picture.

Washroom is too small accommodating washbasin, toilet and bathing space. Rooms are good at this price but does not offer complementary tea and coffee maker. Breakfast is ok and limited but still can fill up your stomach but now view.

Room and washroom condition was very poor. Amenities like iron board is not there.

I found property via makemytrip , it was around 2.4k per room per night. The room was good , but the bathroom was very very small. It was so small that my hands could literally touch both walls at a time , maybe my room choice was not proper but they should had given bigger bathroom. The staff is good , I didn't taste their food so I cant say that The issue i faced was the atmosphere of that hotel , I booked it for 2 nights for my family , and I would say the hotel was not occupied , we didint find any other person excepts us living in that hotel , so I wont recommend it for family staying overall it is okay , atmosphere for family and washroom was problem other things are good I would like to mention one more point they let our luggage store for around a day for free of cost so that was nice gesture overall 3.5/5 stars

The property location is good. The staff is courteous. The rooms are differently sized so be careful. Ask in advance the size of the room. Some rooms are small and some are huge. There are some rooms without direct window to the outside. About 4 rooms have windows facing and internal toilet duct. Toilets don’t have foot towels and hand towels. There is a dining hall on the first floor and a vegetable market on ground floor. Check for parking availability beforehand.

Decent place for family and very much in the middle of the city where railway station , airport all are nearly 20 mins away. Breakfast buffet is also good.

It was a pleasant stay, a cleaned room with all the amenities as mentioned preferable for a long stay. Food quality was also top notch and I enjoyed my stay.

Arriving from Mumbai, we expected rooms to be done so that we could relax and change. Rude and lazy front office manager took nearly 2.5 hours. The next day the rooms left unclean. Had to waste time to get housekeeping to do their jobs. A crowded road at the entrance, Sabarmati riverfront quite a distance away. Very bad view and misleading marketing. Stale items in breakfast. Toilets had bad plumbing. Only the beds were OK. 2 rooms booked. Overall a terrible experience.

Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at palliate hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

No variety in breakfast, room was so so, no coffee and tea pouches in the room, no brush and toothpaste

We stayed two nights, and asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day while we were out. When we got back, a watch was missing! I reported it, but they haven't helped at all. He just said they couldn't do anything.

very unprofessional behaviour of the staff we checked in late at 11 pm and room was not ready outside room there were lot of chairs very unclean rooms and beds were also not ready no toiletries no water pathetic way of treating customers

No update for late coming. The bus was around 2 hrs late and no update.They are very rude and unprofessional.

Great Location in The western City of India.Safe for family Trips when you are busy in Biznes or Official Works. Got the Location and Info of Hote and Travel agencies taking Guests in Group Travel. Excellent Food and Vibes.
