Review Of HOTEL THE GRAND SHIVAY

The stay was decent for a hotel in the outskirts of the city. However, things would have been better if the washroom did not have the sewage smell constantly. It was very bad because of the sewage smell coming out every time we used the washroom. The food was average and nothing to be excited about. The staff were polite and helpful though

Absolutely amazing and hassle free. The hotel staff were extremely kind and generous. Had come for the coldplay show and had a slight fear that the hotel might cancel last min since we got the room cheaper before all the prices were inflated but they were perfect and had no issues whatsoever.

One of the worst hotels. They’ve no control over the hotel and no response to the customer as well. Terrible.

The room is very nice and spacious. As is the balcony. I like the location as it's conveniently located between ahmedabad and gandhinagar. Easy to commute between two cities as i had to. The staff is also very nice and polite. Not much choice in food, but you can order online as there are tons of eateries around. This was my second visit and i'll definitely stay there again.

It was really gr 8 experience the room was big and management was supportive and its in good location.

A trip to watch the greatest rivalry world cup match between ind and pak. Although prices were 5 times higher due to worldcup. This stay was awesome which is located at highway and 20 mins distance from motera.

It’s a best place for stay in vastral ahmedabad. Service is best. Staff is best. Room cleanness is good. I love it.

Because of health problem i couldn't able to stay there, they couldn't even give me any kind of refund, worst hotel ever booked, i talked to customer care but they said they can't do anything

Hotel saff was kindenogh to allocate a room earlier than the checkin time. They also changed my room when i complained that a smoking room was allotted instead of non smokers room. However the bedsheets were unclean, tv and ac remotes were not working.

Very bad stay. The hotel room was shabby and sanitary accessories broken. When we requested to change room, the employee of that hotel said, all rooms are alike. No restaurant. And rooms were shabby that cannot use as eating place. That employee was ashish. Very rude boy will definitely end in closing the hotel. Other staffs were good but dumb. Whats the use of such staffs.
