1. poor communication-i called hotel on 20.09.22 to ask if they provide pick up facility from airport to hotel. they informed it was on payment basis. i told them i will arrange myself. after reaching gaya airport i hired a cab and proceeded to hotel. about 1-2 kms before the hotel, there was barricade. only e-rickshaw was allowed to go. i had to leave my cab and hired an e-rickshaw to reach the hotel. when i narrated it to hotel authorities, they told that i would have informed them from the barricade so that they could send someone to get my cab pass through. i told him that why it was not informed to me, when i was talking in the morning. they were not having suitable reply. it was a harassment to me.2. improper room allotment-the room they allotted against my booking was horrible. when i told them that the standard rooms were shown were far better what they were allotting to me. after a lot of discussions, they changed my room as if they were obliging me. i accepted this room. after getting in this room, i found that intercom was not working as i tried to contact reception. i was to go personally to reception to lodge the complaint. even after reminding 3-4 times by going in person, it was not attended. to get snax in room, i was to go to restaurant to place the order. however, after a lot of follow up, again this room was changed with feel that i was obliged. this took more than 2 hours to settle down in the room. so not having a good experience. ☹️☹️
