Stay was good All places are nearby to the hotel Some facilities hotel did not provide which they mentioned like swimming pool, laundry services, House keeping not done in next day of stay.

Pleasant stay. very co-operative staff at reception desk.

Management was below average and food was fine, maybe because of shortage of staff during holi period

A small hotel but adequate facilities....does not have a proper housekeeping service with no intercom connection to communicate.

Stayed with Family for a day. Location is near to Mahabodhi Temple, 10min drive from the Hotel. Complementary Breakfast was good.

The room was clean, spacious and well-arranged. Housekeeping was too good. An ample amount of amenities were provided in the room. Room services were quick and the staff were polite and helpful. I had quite a good experience.

Nice room and well mannered staff. Every temple and monastary were very close. Commutation was easily available there.

Everything about this hotel is good, my only complaint is that they take a really long time to bring the ordered food. The food is delicious though.

The trip was excellent. The hotel is very near to the temple. I had problem of cold air comming into the room but the manager immediately changed my room for my comfort.

It's behind the temple but close. You will not find transportation readialy but the security guard call one when reqd. Resturant is pathetic. 200 items on menu but provides only one nonveg, one veg. Item only. Hospitality must be improved a lot. Only pro is that it has very high numbers of rooms so you may find accommodation readily.

Service was not good. The place had phone issue, staff ppl told us it’s a known issue and was previously reported to the hotel manager. But the manager didn’t fix the issue during our stay or before check in. Staff need to be trained on how to speak to their guest. They sounded arrogant and unprofessional!!

Not good, swmingpoll not opretional, limited staff, ac not working in some rooms, front desk managers not coprative and misguided about rate. I am totally disponted with last stay, i am not recommended others to stay here.

I got it from mmt, the stay was average, it's a so-called 3 star. I have changed my room 3 times. The swimming pool was not in working condition though it was mentioned in the amenities food also average. Even no fruit. In a nutshell it's not like a 3 star as i felt. Ginger is much better that way

Room is cosy. Food is good. Overall service is very good. Ambiance is excellent. I will prefer it next visit.

Hotel staff were good but service is very slow. Booked the hotel for swimming pool, but unfortunately swimming pool is not in operation.
