I stay for 3 days in hotel. Before reaching hotel I already inform them i will check out late. I reach at 9:30pm at hotel but the room are not ready even after we book the rooms for month prior. It took almost 2 hrs to get the rooms. We book king bed room but they provided the queen size beds. Rooms I not clean smoking smell is there and food is also spread in room with lots of smell. They even not clean the rooms on time. There is no higen no cleaning in the rooms. For everything we need to tell them multiple times then they do that work. Please don’t waste your money in this hotel. Pay some extra money on good hotels. The service is not good at all. Bugs and cockroaches are in the room and somewhere spider also. We book 3 rooms for 3 days but all the 3 days the room service is not good. This is my very bad explain with this hotel. About the food, food is ok.

The stay was very uncomfortable, the worst hotel. I reached for check-in at 10pm with family,rooms were not ready and took More hour to avail rooms.Rooms were dirty even after cleaning.Behaviour of staff was irresponsive and not attended anything after repeated request.TV on rooms was not running and remotes were corroded and damaged. Hotel is not recommended,Pl don't waste your money,time and family time
