Terrible Stay
I stay for 3 days in hotel. Before reaching hotel I already inform them i will check out late. I reach at 9:30pm at hotel but the room are not ready even after we book the rooms for month prior. It took almost 2 hrs to get the rooms. We book king bed room but they provided the queen size beds. Rooms I not clean smoking smell is there and food is also spread in room with lots of smell. They even not clean the rooms on time. There is no higen no cleaning in the rooms. For everything we need to tell them multiple times then they do that work. Please don’t waste your money in this hotel. Pay some extra money on good hotels. The service is not good at all. Bugs and cockroaches are in the room and somewhere spider also. We book 3 rooms for 3 days but all the 3 days the room service is not good. This is my very bad explain with this hotel. About the food, food is ok.

Very very bad and conjusted.rooms are dirty. We have booked for 4 person but adjusted with 2 beds. Bathroom is not useabl.

Good Stay
My stay at Hotel MK Plaza was comfortable. The rooms were clean, the staff was polite, and the location was convenient. Food was tasty and service was good. Overall, a nice experience.

Overall Good experience. Food quality is good. Breakfast options was also great. More focus to be done for pest control.

Terrible Stay
The stay was very uncomfortable, the worst hotel. I reached for check-in at 10pm with family,rooms were not ready and took More hour to avail rooms.Rooms were dirty even after cleaning.Behaviour of staff was irresponsive and not attended anything after repeated request.TV on rooms was not running and remotes were corroded and damaged. Hotel is not recommended,Pl don't waste your money,time and family time

Poor Stay
this hotel is on low maintenance with minimal staff. During my 3 days stay, they could not fix bathroom lights, ventilation, dirty commode, dripping ac water. Moreover, there are better hotels available at lower pricing nearby this hotel is on low maintenance with minimal staff. It was the WORST experience. I advise to all that it's better to stay on footpath instead of this hotel.
It was the WORST experience. I advise to all that it's better to stay on footpath instead of this hotel. Room was full of dust and smells. Toilet was completely unhygienic. Overall I just felt trapped there.

Clean rooms and polite staff. Recommended for decent stay option in Bodh Gaya. Well connected with the main road.
