The hotel staff was very descent,They ensured my safety,gave very good and timely service. As a solo traveller,I must consider this hotel 10/10..

Room was spacious. TV was not working and after repeated complaints no one came to fix them. Bathtub had big open cracks, even the shelf were old and creaky. Service was average. Hotel had no in house restaurant service.

Very poor and rude behaviour of receptionist dharmendra needs some coaching in service hospitality. Was shouted at while i was checking the check out time. Denifintely not a hotel to stay, would not stay here again

Staying at the hotel was truly relaxing for me. I went with my family for tour. Rooms are both comfortable and elegant with full baths. The hotel has spacious parking where visitors could park their vehicle easy. This is an amazing hotel and it’s a good choice for accommodating for visitors.

Hotel staff excellently good but property i'll maintained. Lift not working, tv did not work for 2and half days, for 2days water was not coming in bathroom shower, two cupbords having broken hinges. Tv not subscribed. Bathroom cupbord hinge not working. Fridge cupbord not closes due to broken hinge.

Toilet flush was not working properly. Shower head was not working, they provided bucket for bath in a bath tub setting. Toilet's exhaust was not working. Comforter was dirty. Power sockets were not working properly. Property was old and not maintained properly.

Not a good experience as the staff did not listen to any requests, rooms were not cleaned daily, had to make requests to do cleaning and towel change, tv were not in working condition and staff did not come to resolve it even after requesting for 10 times. Tea was too bad it smelled like raw milk so altogether i would rate it bad considering the hotel price. 4

My stay at galaxy intercontinental was horrible. Very bad experience. Starting from the rating to service, everything was a mess there. While booking i saw its mentioned as children play area and game zone is available to my surprise it was not there. No electric kettle in the room, bathroom flush not working, food was not ok. Paid good amount for such poor service. Really sad.

In 2 meal free there is no more vegetables option to choose

Came here after staying in Maya Heritage which is closer to Mahabodhi and all the shrines. Day of check-in dirty corridors due to some marriage party. Room was full of mosquitoes as well as toilet. Asked for Goodnight got it. Restaurant staff polite and amiable. However pain to head into main Bodhgaya as roads are really dusty and not meant for pedestrians. Biggest let down was non functioning of credit card machine. Paid digitally through wallet though. Reception guy did arrange for rickshaw to Gaya Junction but some spectacles guy from the hotel tagged along for some strange reason. Overall Okay with the staff and hotel. But, they could do better especially in payment methods and accessibility.

I stayed on 13th Nov'19 and would like to recommend to people who prefer non-veg food to try their Chicken Dehati once. The staff waited till 11 PM to prepare and serve me dinner as I was out for a meeting. Would definitely repeat my stay here upon my next visit.
