1 stop place for budget accomodation. staff is friendly and will help you with your stay, food and transport to tourist places. food is basic and don't expect that of restaurant level. ample parking space for cars and bikes.

Vary dirty and no proper service available there was rat in the room, it’s not value for money. I would not recommend the hotel.

Location is very good, all major attractions are within walking distance. Room and washroom is very spacious. Maintenance is average. It is surprising that they don't even give any complimentary bottled water! wifi is also not very good.

Service is not good. Did not provide even towels or slippers. Even the water bottle were charged while check out.

Property location is not safe to roam around after it's dark. Else it's okay. Food, amenities are fine. Struggled with functionality of geyser and ac. Regarding services, it's fine. They should also accept card payments as sometimes it's difficult for cash payments and upis. Bisleri was over-charged. No intercom facility in today's era, that was starnge. Every-time you need to go to reception for anything needed. Not received system generated bill.

The room was smelly with no telephone. The staff was courteous but facility wise there was nothing. No jug or glasses also we had to purchase the bottles.

Room are big and nice, food have also tasty, staff are very very good. But ther have changed the blanket that is not comfatible, if the not change then cover the blanket and in room one phone have to available to contact the reception other wise all things is nice.

Overall experience was average as there was lotts of loud outside the hotel in the garden and hospitality was also not so good. I will recommend this hotel bit higher on price as per the facility. Ok

At first i would like to suggest make my trip to ensure first that the hotel they book is in good condition. The hotel is one of the oldest hotel of gaya which requires a lot of maintenance. The locality garden, dining hall, beds etc. No water bottle, no soap is their. Best thing is the staff, all are very nice, soft spoken and prompt.

Location is good but no any board of hotel at roadside. Blanket was very thin and uncovered. Not action taken by property manager.

This is a prime location which is stone throw away from all the major monasteries so it was a blissful experience

Hotel staff behaviour is good, response quick, food served on order, room ok but bathroom cleanliness is poor and fittings not working. Geyser not working, so no warm water. Rooms ok and staff cooperative. Enough parking place. Overall good except bathroom.

staff behaviour is very nice and cooperative limited food menu was there ( May be due to पितृपक्ष) no TV and intercom in the room

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my entire life. Please don't book this hotel till its winter season. Single floor hotel. Very backdated interior. Window ac. That not cooling room at all. Bathroom water was like boiiling. You cannot take bath. No restaurant inside. Even they don't keep mineral water also inside. My request to makemytrip to return at least 50% amount for such pathetic hotel. You please enquirer from your side whatever i said is 100% correct or not. Then please refund.

So much dust on the floor and cupboards were filled with lots of dust

Location is good! they are not providing inhouse food, as restaurant is closed now! staffs are good and helpful.

Their restaurant is closed since last three years, however they arrange food from out side.
