Hotel Jataka Inn

Property lacks experienced and well trained staffs. Additionally, poor in hygiene. We have booked rooms with either a lunch or dinner, and we tried calling them prior to our arrival to inform that we wanted to opt for the dinner on the same night, but I was left with neither any response nor a callback from them. When we arrived at the property and informed about our dinner plan the night, they were asking how many chappatis would each of you like to have to make them after 9pm. Since the time of our arrival was around 9pm. But such irresposibility from the staff totally disappointed us and adding to it when they were asking the count, I felt frustrated.

No tissue paper in the washroom, towels are dirty, wifi is not working. No drinking water facility, no breakfast menu (only can be used by the hotel)

The staff were very helpful, and the food was also delicious. It was near iim bg which makes it a great option for parents whose children are staying there.

Rooms were not cleaned. The service was horrible. Totally mismanaged. They initially refused to give gst invoice

The room was neat and clean, but found mosquitoes. Limited breakfast options. Food quality was good, but bit costly. Serving staff was efficient and always available with a smile.

Located right by the highway (under construction, when i visited) the hotel left an impression for the size of the rooms offered, that i have not had the luxury of elsewhere. Equally the restrooms were considerably large and if anything i would recommend the place if you are travel-ling with family. It’s usp further extends to the proximity to the square known as the ‘doumohan more’ from where e-rickshaws are easily available and the bodhgaya temple is but a ten-minute ride. Possibly the only shortcoming of the stay involved a lack of wi-fi connectivity-which the management attributed to the in-going construction. In all, the five-day stay was thoroughly relaxing, enabled by a courteous staff always greeting you with a smile on their face. If you find yourself in town, give it a go, won’t disappoint.

1)hotel room price was little costlier. 2) food quality was good but quantity not satisfactory regarding what they charged 3)it is winter season and room heater was not provided, they provided heater to few other customers 4)staff behaviour was good 5)room interior n cleanness was very much satisfaction 6) location was good check in n check out was hassle free infact they allowed our request for early check in. 7)safe environment for couples/family

Very spacious room with clean beds. Intercom and tv were not working and even after multiple calls no delivery of water bottles and coffee kit.

Clean interior, good staff, good food, location is ok, a little away from mahabodhi temple but good for communication.

We reached at the hotel in morning 9 am. We had booked three executive rooms. Hotel staff gave us 2 rooms key even before the check in time. This was his kind gesture. Rooms were also quite clean and spacious. It was a pleasant stay for us. Only thing is that it is far from gaya railway station.

The overall experience was totally good, the staff is friendly and food was good too. One of the best stays in bodh gaya. The room was clean and all amenities was in place, budget friendly as well.

Its a well maintained property. Staff were sincere and polite. We demanded to cook the food with less oil and spices, and it was cooked like homemade food. Overall, it was a happy stay.

Good location and connectivity to gaya for those who are going to do gaya over there and for them also who have to visit bud-ha temples. Service staff are supportive overall good experience

Too time consuming and no staff was available to attend the guest in d restaurant and long waiting time also

Room is quite good, cleaned and place is good. You don't have to fight to find the hotel. Behavior of staff is also good.

We booked for family of four. Had booked one deluxe room and one executive room. But we're given only two executive rooms. Tried to get an explanation, but we're told by the manager that we were given rooms and we accepted them while checking in, so nothing can be done after allotment. Justified to us saying there was no difference between the deluxe and executive room.

It was nice stay food was good and very less expensive. Ac cooling was exceptional. Over all 9/10 marks as crock-er was very old and some marks were there of haldi.
