Road side room provided by hotel was good, neat and clean. All others room may not be such type.

The reception wasn’t picking calls, food quality was good but the hotel bed sheets were dirty and employees were not professional.

The booking wasn't honoured. The guests were shifted to another hotel further away from the main temple - the proximity to which was the criteria for booking the hotel in the first place.

Location is superb. Facility is bad. Room size very small and congested. Cleanliness is very bad. Entry and exit confusing.

1. poor communication-i called hotel on 20.09.22 to ask if they provide pick up facility from airport to hotel. they informed it was on payment basis. i told them i will arrange myself. after reaching gaya airport i hired a cab and proceeded to hotel. about 1-2 kms before the hotel, there was barricade. only e-rickshaw was allowed to go. i had to leave my cab and hired an e-rickshaw to reach the hotel. when i narrated it to hotel authorities, they told that i would have informed them from the barricade so that they could send someone to get my cab pass through. i told him that why it was not informed to me, when i was talking in the morning. they were not having suitable reply. it was a harassment to me.2. improper room allotment-the room they allotted against my booking was horrible. when i told them that the standard rooms were shown were far better what they were allotting to me. after a lot of discussions, they changed my room as if they were obliging me. i accepted this room. after getting in this room, i found that intercom was not working as i tried to contact reception. i was to go personally to reception to lodge the complaint. even after reminding 3-4 times by going in person, it was not attended. to get snax in room, i was to go to restaurant to place the order. however, after a lot of follow up, again this room was changed with feel that i was obliged. this took more than 2 hours to settle down in the room. so not having a good experience. ☹️☹️

This property is very well maintained and within walkable distance of the mahabodhi temple. You can leave your belongings in the hotel before visiting the temple. The rooms are clean and we got hot water even in the night. The restaurant below serves good food.

No exhaust in room and bathroom, stuffy rooms, smelly closet.

This is my first time in this location for my business stay, quick check inn and check out, overall good value for money, reception staff is always ready to help and room service is always on time. Sure i will be back again

The staff are nice and friendly, they provide me aa good driver with taxi in reasonable price. Excellent service and clean rooms. They do their best way to make sure guests feel comfortable.

This is one of the best hotel in bodhgaya. Just few meter away from maha bodhi temple, helpful and sweet staff. Reception manager always ready to help. Thanks

This hotel is only few steps to the main gate of Mahabudhi Temple. It's very convenient as there are many shops and restaurants around and all in walking distance. There is a back door which makes walking to kalachakara ground even easier. Although I haven't try this walk myself.
