Hotel Taj Darbar

The rooms were good, neat and tidy, manager help us midnite to get a cab, breakfast was serves very well, overall it was nice and good

Ac was not working and had to wait several hours. No mean of privacy. Already very tired due to late reaching and checking. Humbly asked to change the room instead but they have not entertained.

Good property with ample parking space. Spacious room, neat & clean bathroom. Staffs are well trained with hospitality. Resturant food is good

I won’t say a great but good stay, this a old property but the maintenance is not that great, they definitely should spend sometime for the maintenance and renovation of the rooms. This a huge property and almost all amenities were good except rooms which could have been much cleaner, I was not given the room I booked until I complained about it. Enough parking space and close to all the sightseeing places in Bodhgaya, also close to the market for all your shopping needs. Service staffs are really nice and polite, not including the reception staff who somehow had some arrogance in them. Food is the best part here, pricing was also good. If you are looking a couple of days stay this can be opted for.

They served same left over food from previous day dinner to customers on next day without any changes in menu. Disgusting display of malpractice and exploitation of customers money.

The property was located by the side of the main road and it's only 1.5 km from the main temple Mahabodhi Temple. The room was spacious and provided with required amenities. The food was good and the services are excellent.

It was a leisure trip. Location is good… wash basin had stains n dere ws dripping tap.. room is spacious…

The location and the area of the hotel are really nice. Staff are really helpful. Restaurants is also good but take a bit more time to serve however food is decent

Clean, spacious and well maintained room. Hot water kettle, dryer, good toiletries and slippers were available in the room. A cupboard, mirror, writing desk and a tea table were provided. King sized bed. Courteous and competent staff. Prompt service and assistance. Quality of the food served by the in house restaurant is good. However it is quite expensive, especially for a solo traveller. Location is good. Easy access to toto/rickshaw to reach all nearby tourist/pilgrimage spots. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay of 3 nights.

The hotel's location is also ideal, with easy access to the mahabodhi temple and other local attractions. What truly sets taj darbar apart, however, is its exceptional service. The staff were always available to help, and their attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend hotel taj darbar to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in gaya. Staff behaviour is poor. Bathrooms drainage system is not well. Food quality is good dirty mirror. Hotel location is good.

The room was clean. Overall experience was ok. But the ac was not working properly. Staff were also cooperative.
