Special request not considered properly during stay for late checkin. Actually option available at hotel, but not considered for make my trip guest. It should be considered in-future for guest

Terrible
I booked 2 rooms via makemytrip but when i reached at the property, they denied me check in first. They said i didn’t have any booking but i clearly had booked 2 rooms. I was traveling with my family including my grand mother who is old so it was very difficult for me. This was terrible from makemytrip’s part.
