The room was very bad. the bed sheet was stained. there is no shower and it is not much cleaned. ac was not working. we asked the receptionist to change the bedsheet but they didn't do it. customer service is very bad. there was no curtain for the windows outside people can see what's happening in the room.

The entrance is always crowded and terribly noisy and dirty. It is a very small room (Standard Double Bedroom Non AC) Room and Bathroom maintenance is not good. There is no ventilation in the room. The windows cannot be opened. There is only one common remote for TV. There was no shower facility in my room. Staffs are very cooperative and good behaviour cottage Location is very near to temple steps and ganapathi kovil There is no parking facility. You have to park your vehicle a little further away in the public parking lot. It is not safe.

Rooms are not cleaned properly, there is no lift facility available senior persons are very difficult to use staircase, check in and check out time is 12.00 is not fair additional charges for the extra 4 hours charged and not provided invoice for that, TV not having any channels to change only one channel we can’t change
