The property looks brand new, and both the rooms and common areas are very clean. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the twin beds were also quite nice. The staff is very friendly and informative. It’s conveniently located just a 2-minute walk to Ropcar and a 5 to 8-minute walk to the steps. The complimentary breakfast was good, and we also had dinner with delicious items. Accessing the property can be a bit tricky; the entrance road goes through the tourist bus parking area. It's important to keep to the right and look for small deviations to find the way, as we initially missed the road. However, when we called the property, the staff kindly came to the parking area entrance to guide us.

Great base to visit the temple - with a couple of cabeat

The Hotel Divine Fort is located quite close to the temple and is a great place to use as a base. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In terms of areas for improvement, the wash basin in the bathroom was clogged and took hours to clear. The restaurant in the Hotel Divine Fort was quite mediocre. Breakfast food and coffee were quite lukewarm which was a big disappointment. The menu is also very limited and the limited menu had strange items like "mock prawn". One would have expected regular South Indian snacks to be available but it was not to be, and the food was missing the flavor that Tamil Nadu is known for.

The ambience, landscapping, rooms, lobby, dining all are well maintained and practically unbelievable to find such elegance in palani surrounding. The staff well behaving and polite. Food is really delicious and room service is very prompt. However the google location given in makemy trips created real confusion since it has wrongly guided us all the way to main temple parking and security there instructed us to come back all the way to enter Hotel Divine Fort parking area.

Superb facility with good veg food. The quality of bathroom can be a bit improved. The bed coat and the linen quality is good. Overall very convenient location in the heart of the town. Especially for those who are travelling to visit the temple. One of the best accommodation in palani.

We had a decent experience at the Divine Fort Hotel Divine Fort. The maintenance of the Hotel Divine Fort had some gaps, also restaurant can have more food options but overall it was a nice experience

Decent stay and decent food. The restaurant was out of vegetarian meals around peak lunch time. The room is a little overpriced for the amenities provided and for the location. However, it’s reasonably close to the temple entrance.
