1. The restaurant attached to the hotel is not functional. 2. In front and around the hotel, there are heaps of garbage strewn. 3. ⁠no room service available. 4. ⁠even for double occupancy, only one bottle of water provided. 5. ⁠simple toilet accessories like comb, sanitary bags not provided. 5. ⁠ 4. ⁠ 3.

Property was good, well cleaned, easily accessible Location and good parking space! Food was also good! Overall great experience we had!

it is an average lodge if you wish to stay near the palani Murugan temple. the hill view is very clear and temple is in walkable distance. Restroom was clean and tidy however room and bedsheets could have been better. staff hospitality is good.

Vels Court is the quite good hotel located near the temple. Room was very neat and AC, TV were working fine. I had a good stay. Recommending to others. Good space for car parking. Just 5 minutes walk to the temple entrance.

Facilities : The rooms are neat and clean. AC room available. Lift available , good ambience at the reception area. The counter staff are courteous. 3. Food: The restaurant at the property is closed, yet a hotel right across the property is good for all vegetarian options. 4. On line booking thro MMT app is seamless. 5. Overall : Very satisfying. 6. It was not just below average for an ac room with lots of mosquitoes. Toilets floor and amenities could be better. So basically not worth the money. Hotel must step up and work on things to be better.

Good location, spacious room, good restaurant near by!! But room ambience is average. Not so clean room, Dull colours (old), insufficient lighting, no inhouse restaurant. Staff are cooperative.

The attached restaurant is not open yet and so we will have to walk outside for food options. We had a situation of late checkout however they took fullday payment even for partial hours. Rooms. are vacant and ideally they would have entertained with partial payment to attract my positivity as customer next time and any references also...
