Review Of Hotel Solitaire

Achhi location hai mall road se 500 mtr walking distance hai. Hidmba devi temple ke paas hai. Khana baht hai specially punier bhurji and rajama. Room service achhi hai. Hotel manager gyaan chand is good person. Early check in and late check out bhi kr skate hai baht hi nominal prices mai. Rooms ok hai. You will get cabs and bike rental from here too very eaisly.

the rooms provided were very nice and cleaning was regularly done , the staffs were cooperative and their behaviour and attitude was also notably very well. the balcony view was so good

Location is good however cleanliness is not up to the mark. Hotel management needs to invest time and effort in cleanliness. Sorry i have not click the photos

Pathetic condition of rooms minimum amenities like intercom, kettle are missing broken chairs, stinky pillows and blankets.

My experience is bad in hotel soliatery

Hotel room not cleaned and services are not good enough. Not worth which we spent for stay.

It was one worse experience we had, bad behavior from staffs, it was below average, in our three night two days stay there was power failure several times. And no power back up has given as per claimed.No images with me

Actually shifted to another hotel by saying it was also solitaire ( that is ksnchanikoot- no heater, water not given and breakfast at 10:30hrs. If they can not able to provide accommodation, dont take booking

I m very much pleased & satisfy with hotel solitaire. Hotel management and staff is very best. They are very much cooperative and discipline manner. Food is very delicious. It is a great pleasure for me and my family. One another thing hotel is situated near mall road ( walking distance. Hotel manager bablu help us a lot. Hotel also provide cabs for rohtang, local sightseen at very cheap price. 100% satisfied.

Too unheiginic.filled with dust. And very uncooperative in terms of refund.better to book another property

Very bad experience during our 3 days stay there is no room service self lift our luggage at 3rd floor in our 3 day stay no bad sheet change, no room cleaning, there is no security our luggage during sight seen

I booked this hotel for 3 nights after checking all photos and reviews. But when we reached at hotel, it was extremely disappointing. Room and washroom were not clean after checkout of previous guest. It was hell there that we couldn't able to stay. Hotel housekeeping guy was so rude that he didn't want to support on anything. we had no choice but to stay for a night because all hotels were full in manali and we couldn't find any. Somehow after all the struggles and disappointment and since no option left with us but to stay for that single night.
