A beautiful stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice, Location, Scenery, Room cleanliness everything was worth it. Staffs was also too polite and nice behaviour. Only Wifi needs to improve because wifi was very slow and not connectable.

I stayed in this hotel for two days from 16 to 17th jun e 2024. I was charged rs 1000-for taking a room at first floor in this property - per night. I was given a room at ground floor booking. The look of this hotel is river side from its backside which is good and soothing. Some house flies were there in room. When complian d, i was given a black hit which was of no use. There were no fans or ac in the room. At least there should have been a fan so that those flies couldn't be more there. The hotel restaurant is good for food quantity but a lit but costly. Flies were also there in large numbers. I requested mr. Sunil rana, the manager of the hotel to provide me a taxi for rohtang pass. He managed a taxi alto car for me and my 9 years old younger son. He told me the taxi driver will fetch you to not only to rohtang pass but also to sissu valley and sonang valley and you would come here at the hotel by 6pm. And the total cost would be rs 4500- the driver rang me after sometime and told me that i should wake him up early in the morning at 3. 30am so that he could reach me by 4am the next day. I said ok. The next day we started our journey. Before heading to the destination he stopped the car at a cloth shop to take winter snow dress for me and my son. The owner of the shop told me to take the package of rs 5000-for four snow activities along-with a guide. I choose two activities for us for rs2500- plus rent for two pairs of clothes and took hand gloves and socks with extra cost. The cloth shopkeeper told me that the guide would accompany you every where. There was much rush as the rohtang pass opened only last month in mid. We reached there at rohtang and spent one hour approx. The guide helped me and my son in two activities which we chose. There was much crowd being a peak season. We started our journey to sissu and atal tunnel. In mid we saw a beautiful waterfall and took picks. Now when we reached at atal tunnel then the driver told me that it is sissu but i asked someone and told him that sissu is 4 km away from here but in away he refused to go there. Although on my insistence he agreed for river rafting from that place to sissu but then i refused this. He didn't take us there at the valley. We crossed atal tunnel. At the outer gate from this side we took picks and the guide clicked snaps of us. We reached at sonang valley after some time. Now the driver was in hurry. It seemed he wanted to close the tour early. It was around 12. 45pm. We took zip ride and came back at around 1. 30pm at the hotel. The previous day the manager of the hotel told me that you would come by 6 pm. I thought it would be a whole day tour but it finished by lunch. The driver had to go again at rohtang as he was talking to someone. Perhaps he cut out rooming time. And the guide did nothing except at rohtang except taking photos at our request. The single snow activity at rohtang was if rs 300-per person. From that angle it was costly. But on the whole it was a good trip. My younger son also got tired by that time. Ar rohtang, at about 13000 feet above the sea level it was little bit uneasy for me and my son to take breathe. If you go by your own car to manali, you cal go to mall road and hidimba mata temple in your car as there are enough parking. The cng is costlier rs 123 per kg in manali. The pump is nearby at this hotel. One more thing, the front rooms of this hotel opens in front ofe road, that looks a lit awkward. The whole atmosphere of this beautiful hill station manali is serene and cool. I visited this beautiful place for the first time and i enjoyed much. I write this person experience of mine not to criticize anyine but just to share my experiences. My younger son enjoyed this trip very much. The hotel rates in manali are costly in this peak season.

Your thoughts are important to us, but we are especially pleased when the feedback and suggestions is positive but you have mentioned for extra cost of Rs. 1000- per night this is not correct , this is for room upgrade charges as your booking is for basic room type Avenue Classic room which is in the ground floor and you have requested for room upgrade .so for that we informed its cost Is Rs. 500- per night and your total amount is RS. 1000- for 2 night , secondly you have mentioned about the day of Rohtang Pass sightseeing taxi service as already clearly informed to you that your full day sightseeing is included in package but you have not spend your time in rohtang and you return early from there,and rest about the other activities and all as per your choice we cannot force you about this. Hotels mislead on mm

Firstly, the address of the hotel is not at or near mall road manali. It is around 3 km away from manali. Overall stay was good but it was advised to mm t that please cross-verify the location of the hotels and the star rating given to them. According to me, the hotel is 2-star and also needs an elevator facility for older people.
