Nice place to stay with good food
One of the best budget hotel in manali near to volvo stand, taxi stand, mall road. Food is good staff is also good.

Good room and centrally heated was good
Checkout time is 10am that need to change because its so early, electricity power issue

Amazing
Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were professional and courteous. Rooms and bathrooms were modern, neat, and clean. The complementary breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room service was prompt. The central heating was good. The mountain views from the room were very good. The views below the hotel were unpleasant. I hope something will be done about it in the future. Also, i recommend the hotel management install some type of safety bar near the open windows to improve safety. Mr. Dimple thakur from reception was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay, recommend
The hotel is located close to the main road. It was easy to reach the hotel by cab or autorickshaw from the private bus parking. We reached the hotel by cab. In the future, it would be great if the hotel could arrange a cab for the guests, as the local cab drivers try to overcharge the tourists. We felt helpless and at the mercy of cab drivers, as this was our first visit to manali. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean, and the whole place was centrally heated. They didn't charge us extra for the heating, unlike most other hotels. The rooms had comfortable wooden floors and huge windows with excellent views of the mountains above. Apart from that, the room had all the essential amenities, such as a television, cubboards, beautiful tables with granite tops, and a working chair; a kettle with complementary tea and coffee dip bags, tea cups, and glass cups; charging points at both sides of the bed; two chairs with cushions; and a table with a glass top. The amenities were more than sufficient. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The reception, room service, food, and housekeeping were excellent. They served us delicious and unlimited complimentary breakfast and dinner, sometimes in the room, and at other times, we were invited to the buffet at the hotel restaurant. All the staff were very courteous and professional. Both the room service and the housekeeping did their jobs quite well. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, and the bed linens were changed at noon. All requests were addressed promptly. Mr. Dimple thakur at the reception was friendly and courteous. He helped us with renting a bike for sightseeing and guided us towards the tourist places in manali. Overall, the stay was excellent. The only drawback was the unpleasant views down below from the room windows. If the hotel can address this, it will be much appreciated.

Stay was good
Stay was average, rooms are good but small as compared to other hotels in manali. River view rooms are good, food was below average, buffet was not upto mark in breakfast and dinner as well.

Food was good but service was way poor even
Food is good but hotel lacks basic amenities like hand towel soap etc room are ok but seems to be old and service is very very poor even after so many calls and reminder they hardly care for customer service like room cleaning water coffee and tea poches. Hotel doesnt worth what price it has been listed for moreover they take charge for cooling and heating extra and food service is delayed even in breakfast and dinner and then you only get 30 min to finish just like school. Really had a bad experience never recommend it for family. Due to rush i am not able to get other option that the reason i have bear it

Poor hygiene
Room which was given to me was not properly cleaned, dining area was not clean at all, it was having lots of flies around food area. Quality of food served was average.

Worst hotel
familyRoom condition were very bad door lock were not working, charged 400 rs extra per. Room for ac. After payment ac was not working. 1200 for. Extra bed too high

Sir you must refer your booking voucher it is mentioned that the air conditioning will be charged 400- per room even the extra bed charges are mentioned their and secondly you have not mentioned the number of guest correctly while booking where as the number of guest were more in the hotel check in time. Sir the lock of door is electronic lock and yes it was un serviceable due to motor being stuck-ed and not rotating which was rectified within 0:30min and was made serviceable.
Excellent hotel with great hospitality
We had 3 days stay at the hotel, it is located at prime location, with very hygienic and spacious rooms with all necessary facilities, owner was very cooperative, he indeed helped us alot. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in manali
