Non Hygienic food Average stay with compare to prices

Good room for a budget, location is interior and backside. Staff support is below expected. Avoid weekend trips, Traffic is massive.

Feel as unsecured du e to not friendly nature and no given services as per show online phone,tv as delux room and not provide single glass of drinking water and not clear room after told then.so totally insecure there.we got not find dinner and breakfast on timely.and food also total short in 20-30 mint of dinner plan on time 10pm.so somany people insecure and not assurity of dinner plan.there...totally bed

worst experience of my life, they destroyed our family trip , I have booked for 4 night, and feel it's blunder of my life.

found it on make my trip, the staff was helpful, the rooms were nice to stay in and even had a view of the snow from the Rooms

Property was not exactly which was in picture,No water in morning and room I booked online and they gave me very cheap room no light properly,there is no any facility e.g. TV /wifi/landline not working bathroom always in worst situation ,Food really bad/no-test breakfast and dinner both,hotel staff are very arrogant,after giving any feedback no reply from hotel staff ,I suggest if you need good and comfortable stay then don’t go here Thanks

There is no towel no telephone no soap not clean water no tv not clean windows and manager of hotel denying to gave breakfast and dinner then i complained to makemytrip then they provide us breakfast and dinner

We booked duplex for 4 people and they took the booking money advance and gave us single small room and no room service at all.

Very disgusting the room and hotel people are very bad. We booked duplex and they gave us 1 room and took duplex money.

The hotel condition was very bad, hotel like third class and dogs are sleeping in front of hotel gate no any staff in the hotel only one person is there.

Location is ok. No amenities & service. Food also not good. No proper response from service staff.

Service was quite good but there are some places in which improvisation can be done like improving in the aspect of value for money

It was really good experience with stay with angel inn hotel. Easy to approach and location is good, near to market, everything available in market. Hotel staff was good and very polite and calm. Room was clean and enough space for living. Food quality was good just like homemade. Parking available, we reach out at approx 2 am and staff welcome us with soft heart. Overall good experience with this hotel property. I recommended it. The only thing is credit card or debit card or other cards are not accepted because they are not using card swipe machine. Have to carry hard cash only. Thanks

The staff here speaks less but does the work alright 😁 The rooms are good at the price range they charge. Some things weren't in working condition when we checked in and during our three day stay but they immediately set it in order. Our plan included breakfast and dinner. They serve delicious food i must say, although the breakfast can be bettered still.

Hotel angels inn manali is nicely located and family suit was spacious but there was only one toilet and also there were maintenance issues like very less flow in washbasin etc. I had to insist to rectify these issues. The same was attended to some extent. Also, washroom had no exhaust fan and no odonil was provided to remove bad odours. I had to buy the same from market. The food quality was ok but they were having less variety in breakfast. Also, breakfast consisted of many oily stuff like poori, parathas etc. They should improve on these aspects. Staff was polite and service was quick.
