Review Of Ride inn cafe and resort

Our stay at Ride Inn was average at best. The rooms were clean, however the blankets were stinking. The washroom had no water outlet and was almost flooding after a shower. Also, out of our two rooms one (standard room) had a balcony attached with the garden, and in that balcony there were so many Garden Skinks. It was almost scary sleeping in that room. Cafe prices are really upscale. All in all - average

I visited this beautiful and decently priced property 23-25th April. Its 6 kms from Mall Road Manali. Solang valley is also 6 kms from here. So its mid way Mall road and Solang Valley. Great 360 view. Food is overpriced though! But we managed with nearby food joints. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with great wooden work. 24x7 hot water supply. Definitely recommended!

Best location, best hospitality, amazing food and the rooms are also very clean and spacious. Beas river is also walking to the property.

Bad experience. they charge 500 extra for child. I already add child in booking. but they charge. no water bottle in room they offer. u fill from water cooler. attitude of worker is very bad. bad hotel..

One of the best stays in manali with breathtaking views and delicious meals. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately we met with an accident in manali but the host and staff were super nice and warm towards us by checking on us. Would recommend this place to everyone planning their stay in manali

Ever since i found out about this place, i wanted to try it and i was not disappointed. Great ambiance, awesome food and a best experience await riders who choose to stay here. This place is specifically created to provide an amazing experience to riders on the way to or back from leh ladakh and provides a great stop over point in manali, just outside the main city area. So it's closer to nature and is peaceful!

The rooms are very basic with no room service. They can't label them as a boutique resort. It is a very self styled place where the owner expects us to do all our work even filling water bottles. Below average experience.

Room that was given to us had no balcony view moreover there was no fan in the room wifi network was not there in our room and the service boy stay upto 4pm only. Food was good. I would rate it as an average stay

Reception is on 2nd floor, no lift, no sitting area on ground floor, no support from hotel staff, no welcome drink, broken kettle, broken cup and torn quilt in room, bed length is short. No service before 9 am, no bed tea. Staff is not professional, no intercom, if you need anything go to 2nd floor. Very bad experience. This is not a resort only a dharamshala with nice building and location.

1. Reception is on 2nd floor, no lift, no greetings not even ask for water just ask the name and give keys of rooms. Not asked for any id. Room shown on app is under maintenance. Broken kettle, broken cup in room. Switch not working, beds are small in length room no 105. The quilt cover was torn. Only three items in indian menu. No intercom. If you need anything go to the 2nd floor. Nothing is available in the kitchen before 9 am, not even bed tea. The owner of the alleged resort stays in the resort itself but very arrogant came face to face many times during the three day stay but there was not even a smile on his face. When i wanted to talk about all the problems, refused to talk and asked to talk to the manager, while there is no manager, a senior waiter has been appointed as the manager. Talked to him then he said whatever you want to talk to make my trip. Due to less mobile network and to make my journey successful, i did not get into any dispute at that time and i did not even call make my trip overall it is not a family friendly resort by any means. Worst stay ever in my life. There is no support of any kind. This is not a resort but a dharamshala with a beautiful building and location. Extra charge for room heater, extra charge for bonfire.

The property is tucked away at nehru kund, away from the hustle and bustle of manali town. The sound of the river flowing by is very audible and adds to the charm of the roof top cafe. The cafe is a very nice place to sit. And relax, if that is what you intend to do. Tastefully done up, the ambience adds to the charm. They make good coffees. Rest of the food is average or better. Service is adequate as is the cleanliness. Rooms are simple but nice. In the winters they will give you electric blankets ot help keep the bed warm. You can always ask for a room heater which costs rs. 500. Among the rooms, the "mountain view" rooms give a glimpse of the snow peak. If you take the other ones, you can always come up to the cafe for the view. It is possible to walk down to the river, if you so wish.

We have stayed for 2 days not even one day we felt bad about the place … u wont feel more colder because of the bed heater they provide u … bathrooms and all so clean

Excellent location just 15mins from mall road still far from hustle bustle of the crowd. Spacious rooms. Excellent food and homely staff.

Location is very peaceful rooms are clean proper hygiene is maintained and is totally safe to be around with family
