It was the great experience for me. The hospitality and service was amazing and the food was outstanding there. The view also increased the beauty of the hotel and increased the overall experience. I would say it's best place to stay with your family or friends.

This hotel is so good and hygienic, the rooms are so classy with a perfect view of the mountains, we just stayed in it, and it was amazing. Our favorite part of the hotel was the bornfire on the terrace with a spectacular view of the mountains. Staff is too polite and nice. Thanks again hotel vintage, we will visit again

We stayed here for 1 night. Overall experience of the stay is very very good. Room service is instant. Mr hemraj who was serving food and supplying all other requirements is a very nice person. All the staff members of hotel mm retreat are very cool, decent and polite. I will love to stay here if i again get a chance to come to this place. Overall experience is extremely fine.

The mm retreat is a pretty good option for your stay in manali, its walking distance from mall road and have a very good view from every room. The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfast provided has plenty of option and even the lunch and dinner options are also good and tasty

Very pathetic service provided by this hotel , the staffs are so unprofessional and that they don’t even cared about there client , i got the msg from the manager of the hotel arround 2am i told him that we will reach to the hotel destination arround 5 am in the morning , the manager agreed on saying he will provide us for the early checkin , but when we reached to the hotel the staff denied for early checkin he said to pay 1000rs more if we want early checkin and only 1 room they where providing , later we agreed on paying they said the cleaning staffs will be available after 10 am , so they asked us to leave the hotel and go ! They didn’t even cooperate or think about us that we travelled 9 hours straight and everyone was exhausted , they just asked us to leave the premises ! Later arround 1:30 pm i got a call from the Hotel Manger he said the complaint which you have raised we have cancelled stating they will provide us refund , and also mentioned him everything on call he said ma’am it was 5 in the morning and you also know that brain doesn’t function so early in the morning ! How pathetic a person can say !! Very unprofessional! They didn’t even convinced us or felt sorry! I just need my refund.

Property price and actual property is not same , most expensive, and price I payed not at all worth it. Staff is also not friendly

We had a really great time staying at mm retreat manali. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had amazing view of the mountains and even the staff were approachable. The food was delicious and homely. It felt like a perfect little retreat. And the location was close to many places which made our travel easier. It was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. Special thanks to the staff for their local recommendations.

The staff is very helpful and polite, the food was good and the special thing i liked was the view, the view of the mountain glaciers from the hotel was amazing, i highly recommend you to visit this hotel.

The hotel room was clean nice spacious breakfast offered with a wide variety of food that staff were friendly and helpful the location is just perfect for a walk near the mall road

It is very funny but true that there is no existence of Hotel MM Retreat in Manali, the original name is Hotel Vintage. I was not able to find the hotel in the name of MM Retreat. When I asked to the hotel staff they said that MM Retreat is a group and we are associated with them. However I got returned of my booking money after contacting Make My Trip customer care. The owner of hotel tried to convince me that the hotel is same as you seen while booking. However he can't answer that why he is listed the original Hotel name whish is HOTEL VINTAGE. Location is very bad and is far from Mall Road. If you want to visit with your own car then remember that parking is very dangerous. Price is very high as per the location compared to other Hotels which are located in Mall Road. Final sentence is that the hotel owner is trying to make foolish to tourist in the name of Hotel MM Retreat.

Wonderful stay at mm retreat. Our stay at manali was absolutely amazing! the rooms were clean, cozy, and offered stunning mountain views. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home.

Everything about this place is simply beautiful, staff is humble and welcoming, supremely courteous i must say. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Bathrooms top notch and hot water available all the time. All other places nearby are easily accessible, thanks team, you guys doing a wonderful job!

It was my best hotel in manali in mall road. Rooms were good and clean. Alto-ugh there location was a gem, had a great view from terrace and thier food was good with quality and quantity. Over all it was family friendly and it was worth it.

The rooms were nothing like the pictures they showed—completely different and disappointing. The washroom was filthy, with leaking taps, and the beds were infested with bed bugs. The bedsheets were in such terrible condition that they even ruined our clothes. I asked for a scooty, and they quoted 900 rupees per day, but I found one for 450 rupees at a local shop nearby. The staff were rude, and the buffet they offered tasted awful.

We had a very wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean and nice. The view from the rooms was amazing. Room service was very good and staff was very polite.

What an amazing hotel experience. Staff was amazing, food was really good. Location couldn’t be any better and rooms are neat and clean. Don’t think twice before booking this hotel. You ll not regret it
