Our booking was for superior deluxe room, but we were given a deluxe room where the room was dirty, washroom was not clean, bedsheet was bad, staff was rude, service was very bad, and the mall road is 2km away from the hotel

It is a very good hotel to spend a vacation in manali as it is very close to hidimba devi temple and mall road. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are well behaved and very co-operative. They provide good and tasty food.

One of the best place to stay in manali & their food is on top notch also the behavior of the staff is very polite n coperative. Location is very good, most of places such as mall road, hidimba palace, vashisth temple, manalsu river etc are walking distance from hotel.

The room was not clean had to ask them to change the dirty pillow covers nd towels.. the amenities mentioned online was not real the WiFi was not working properly due to which I cldn’t attend my office meeting .. when complained the girl at the reception was arguing... customer service is zero.. The money they charged for the room was not worth paying...

first of all it's not on the mall road. bedsheets were not clean with dirt strains on pillows as well. it's not crossed checked property. there are similar photos of property in the others showing same outside pics. pathetic service I need my refund ASAP. Need refund

My stay at white hill resort in manali was very delightful, the staff was very welcoming, the room was spotless, cozy and offered beautiful views. The hotel's location is a big plus - close to key attractions yet very peaceful. The availability of hot was was perfect for the chilling weather. Thanks alot for your hospitality, we never faced any issues, everything was on point. The view from the hotel, the transport, the food, the itenary, we husband and wife enjoyed more then we planned.
