Cockroaches in the room, torn bedsheets and smelly towels. Poorly maintained property not recommended

Hotel is having major cleanliness and hygiene issues; rooms were not cleaned properly, smelly and bed linens were very dirty; Room keys were not working; overall experience was terrible except it’s location proximity to Mahakaal temple

Poor house keeping, bed heet and pillow are not washed they are full of bad odour and ants are running in the room

Location was good as the hotel was near temple but the food didn’t taste good. Also, we faced hygiene issues as we found cockroaches running in the room which is not acceptable at all.

The property location is very close to the Mahakal Temple, but room are not properly cleaned and maintained. The cockroaches are seen inside room when we open the room. For food, there is restaurant , quality is ok.

An average hotel. cleanliness was poor. cockroaches were roaming in the room. Room service was poor. You don't get for what you pay. charges are high as compared to facilities.

The hotel is overpriced as compared to the size of the room and the amenities provided. There were cockroaches in the washroom. The bed sheets and the blankets had stains and they felt dirty. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is its usp as it is located very close to the mahakal temple.

Room & linen was not clean. Services not good, cockroach was running on bed side. Location was ok but the staff was not cooperative.

Had previously visited ujjain in 2023, maintenance was better not so good, however given another chance 2024 july visited this place i must say maintenance is not just bad but worst. Starting from waiting in reception on terrible cushions on sofas. Bad smelling corridors with plates and glasses placed outside of rooms with flies and misquotes playing around them. Washrooms are always with bad smell. I had to chose this as it is close to temple complex, but realised there are still some decent options within the same range from temple. Management has to step-up on cleanliness and maintenance given their opportunity to have more better customer experience within such close distance to temple

The staff is really sweet and helpful. They made our stay really comfortable and would love to go back. The deluxe rooms are kinda small though but works for an overnight stay. Overall we had a great experience.

Worst management ever i have seen. They are only there to loot the travellers. Railways are cancel-led by central government given information 38 hours before checkin time but they are denied to cancel booking.

I got a deluxe room which is not as good as shown in picture. Not all services are available for us.

The room was well organised. The services were bit slow from the expection but beside it the ambience was good. The important thing is that it is very much to shri mahakaal temple.
