Dirty rooms, stinking, poor management. No facilities. Never suggest. Washroom very bad

Hotel was too goood, had a comforrtable stay food was also good. Staff was also helpful and support.

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is good. Overall a good stay but the hotel needs to be renovated. Hot water is not available for the shower. Need to inform for towel and other things which need to improve as there are the basic facilities. Also air conditioner remote and tv remote is not available. Kindly improve basic facilities and cleanliness. Otherwise good stay for 01 day.

We made online booking then also we need to wait for half an hour to get the room. We booked for 3 adults but we got extra bed after calling many times. Unsatisfactory service. Hotel was 2. 3 Km away from railway station where as mentioned on site around 1 KM.

Wash rooms not clean and choked. Blankets are old and dirty and air condition nor proper or leaked. Hotel food is highly priced. Don't take food and another beverages from hotel if you take rs 250 thali with all taxes it will be 400 rs horrible hotel horrible rooms.

Only AC was good, Bath room was dirty, TV remote was not working properly, so over all it was not god, Hotel staff was good, security guard was so good. Room shower was just removed form tube and leakages, Fan was sounding so much and irritating very much.

Wash rooms of the both rooms were choked, the whole room was filled with foul smell. There was no provision to fill the bucket for bathing, blankets were old and dirty and room services were poor. Electrical supply tripped many times, it was a horrible experience.

The hotel was a average hotel . Food was not so good . As I entered the hotel the entrance impressed me but rooms were not so impressive. Staff and services were not upto the mark as I expected.I will personally search for better options in my next visit to mathura.

It is very good.. And the staff is very polite... We enjoyed our tour... And we stayed very comfortably. Their staff also advised us where to visit and other important things of Mathura, Vrindavan and Gokul just like a guide..

Hotel maintenance is very cheap, pay attention and much more taxes are applicable in this hotel, that's is not count in normal circumstances. Television and air condition service was not go through. There is no maintenance of lift.

Stay was good. Overall, it's at a good location & facilities are overall good. Service facility is also good but complimentary breakfast should be available along or lunch or dinner facility along with booking. Overall, rating of the room is satisfactory.
