This is Hotel is only available near to the Shree narayana hospital. Its Suit rooms are very good.Staffs are very supportive.oberall it was excellent experience in this Hotel.

The room are extremely dirty and dingy. The person at the front desk will say look for another hotel if you don't want to say here, we'll ask to refund the money. Then, they will deny having ever said that and will not let cancel the booking. The rooms smell. you'll end up falling sick if you stay here. WILL NOT RECOMMENED TO ANYONE. AND NEEDS TO GET THE PHOTOS UPDATED IN REAL TIME

I booked this hotel because I needed it only for 2 hours for a work related video call, when I was in Raipur for a hospital visit for my dad who had a broken leg. The hotel did not have a lift, not did they have a wheelchair. When I politely asked for a solution, they rudely suggested that I cancel booking and ask to settle refund. They clearly knew that there was going to be no refund and they did not seem to be in a mood to provide room as they basically received payment for it. As i was getting late for my call, dad suggested we take the room and get out ASAP. The rooms smelled like they were closed since very long, were dusty and the washroom smelled terrible. I'm very sure they did not clean the room since very long. There were absolutely no amenities, no toiletries provided.

Room was neat & clean and hygienic but location was not so good. No easy excess from hotel.
