Safe & comfortable hotel, convenience very easy, railway station and market so close, hotel staff and management very cooperative, clean and hygienic

Owner and staff was good, near to station, overall nice place to stay in raipur, food was also good

Hotel was amazing and hotel staff was also friendly.

The staff doesn't know the terms and conditions of online condition and bed covers are not clean, but after complaint changed bed covers and ac is not working properly. And food also average.

Ac if the room was not working and alternate ac room was being offered 3rd floor and lift of the property is not operational

This property is good to stay, nearer to station, you can easily move from here to any location.

It's not good for family. Hotel is not well maintained

Very good, for AC and hot water supplies, we requested a lot but helpless as power button were under the control of owner, we could not move for shameless requests.

You can say about only the location, is best.

On online booking, bill was not given while checkout. It was told that the bill will be sent in WhatsApp but the commitment was false. Again I had to visit the hotel for collecting the bill. I do not recommend anybody for online booking in this hotel or stay.

Dirty room no ac shower not working

Good behavior staff. Service is good also food is good at reasonable rate.

I had booked the room in the hotel for my father and the kind of gesture and the politeness of staff really impressed him. I would give more than excellent rating if I can. Hotel staff are well trained and well behaving.
