It was a comfortable stay, though the room rates were a bit high. Overall good experience. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner were okay but very costly.

Property at good location, but not worthy at this price many other best options are there , Breakfast dishes options are very less, taste of the food is ok not that much good over all the price which I have paid is more than the service provided by the Hotel

10 ₹ dairymilk is sold at 25₹ and they are taking 6₹ gst on it 😂... This is really terrible, a 20₹ water bottle is sold at 60₹ + gst extra. They gave me expired milk powder pouch, but I always check expiry date so it came to know. Bed size is small. Food delivery time is quite long. And food prices are very high. Breakfast is good, room servicing and maintenance is good.

Hotel Mayura is at a great location, the rates are reasonable for a business or personal traveller. Rooms are clean, they could do better with the central AC units though. But overall good value for money. Thank you.

While I was staying for one day and informed them that check out will be on the same day in the evening, the complimentary breakfast was not adjusted. I was not able to enjoy the break fast.

Hotel didnt provied for dental kit, bathroom slipper, bathroom essentials like toothbrush colgate etc. when i asked them for it they said it is only available for premium rooms. Which is very shocking.

Food was average, stay was good, made me pay for extra 3 hrs of stay after check out even in off season when most of the rooms were free..that wasn’t expected from the hotel

Very poor rooms. Given room in a floor where renovation was going on. WiFi doesn’t work most of time, even getting normal network was a struggle. Didn’t accept Amex card and no intimation was there. Very rude behaviour of front desk staffs.

Great place in Raipur! Great amenities, Safe Place, Good Staffs and supportive Management. If you are late in the evening for checkin and missing the dinner then on requesting you can get by their support even at 11.30 PM, I came across Mr. Ashwini of Hotel Mayura where I got this support.

Room is not maintained properly. Cockroaches are every where in the washroom. Restaurant guys are not allowing to avail the discount provided by you. Somehow we got it by requesting the receptionist where by they are supposed to inform the Restaurant manager.

I was not giving any food order..but the hotel raised an invoice for the food.
