Clean and cosy stay with good food and easy accessible. Near to airport and railway station. One can find banks and fruit mandi.

The room was pathetic, there was no fan, no soaps and towel, even the washroom was not clean. It was really a very unpleasant experience.

The stay was comfortable, but the room service was not upto the mark. There was no hot water kettle in the room as a result of which tea or coffee had to be ordered with the room service, which was very time taking.

Staff is gud. Service was gud. And all’s are well nice hotel city inn attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds. But we managed on site.

Rooms are excellent & maintaince is good room service is fabulous and property near to city center, rates are reasonable

Do-not book with complimentary breakfast as they provide very limited food in complimentary. Rooms are small but hygeine maintained well. Staff is good. No kitchen service after 12 pm. Get outside food for night snacks.

Overall everything was good but before checking in do confirm anything extra whatever you have asked for is being fulfilled

The location of property is around city centre. So that's a plus thing. Apart from that property is averagely maintained. The staff is well mannered but had a water problem in the morning. Hopefully it was just ill co incidence.

It was good experience quality of service was too good. Staff were cooperative.

When emergency plan change so half payment is necessary

Gyeser not working, even after telling staff again and again nobody cares about. Rooms are stinks and brake fast variety not up to the mark.
