location is good.600m from railway station. I haven't tried their canteen's food. room was not as expected. they need to improve their hygiene quality.

I travel almost 300 days a year for marketing work, and in the last 5 years of staying in countless hotels, this has been the worst experience ever – Hotel Trimurti, Raipur (near Railway Station). First of all, they show pictures of their main hotel during booking, but when you check-in, they send you to another shabby building in a small lane. Rooms are in terrible condition – broken fittings, leakage, foul smell, and full of mosquitoes. When I requested a towel in the morning, I had to call 3–4 times, and the staff casually said “laundry wala abhi nahi aaya, hum kuch nahi kar sakte.” So basically, I had to wait for their laundry guy before I could get ready for work – unacceptable! Breakfast was included in my booking, but when I asked for it, they said it was “wind up ho gaya.” No prior information, no notice. When I asked why, they replied “aapne pucha kyu nahi.” The staff’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told them I would leave a review, they arrogantly said “ek review se kuch nahi hoga, hotel to online booking walon ki wajah se chal raha hai.” 👉 I strongly suggest – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Even a simple guest house is 100 times better than this place.

Rooms are not worth Bathroom taps are terrible, one needs to have a tool to close the tap . Managers and staff are not cooperating at all.. Especially the receptionists...

When we went we asked for a NON AC room but instead of paying 1500 for a day for two people we were offered an Indian toilet room and informed there are no western toilet non AC room. Was on a short trip to Raipur for personal reasons. This property was just what I needed. great location, friendly staff, great (complementary) breakfast and beautiful, recently renovated room.

Room are good and spacious. Washroom bilkul bhi ache nai the they show me 2-3 rooms all washroom taps was broken or not working properly. Staff and receptionist behavior was not good. They r not polite with any gest.

The room was good but bathroom was little dirty with Gutka stains and there were limited option in breakfast.

the female on the reception Anju was very rude and was not answering the enquiries even the washroom was vry dirty and filthy we booked for three days...the stay was vry poor

Very pleasant stay, room, lobby and surroundings were very neat and clean. Little bit inside from the main road, so that noise free atmosphere was there. Only problem is the entrance, where construction work is going on and a little bit dirty.
