Washroom- shower was not working room- room size is also very small

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and went over and above normal expectations of service. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The wi-fi is a little unstable. The room was definitely "Dated and dark". A cool-to-warm bucket shower was unexpected.

Beginning with dislikes, food quality, overall cleanliness can improve. However, the hospitality, behavior and personal attention by the staff more than compensates. Some snags with tv/ac but the response from staff was excellent.

It's a very good experience staying in the hotel, Hotel staff well behaved, room services on time.
