The property was good and the staff was cooperative. However, the room condition was poor and had a strong smell like a smoking zone. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark.

The room was good and clean, but some essential items were not provided such as a dental kit and slippers. Surprisingly, slippers were chargeable at ₹30, even for use inside the room. This was a bit disappointing considering these are usually complimentary in most hotels.
