Recommended only if saving money, at the cost of risking health and hygiene in this covid times, is the only priority for you.
Facility: complained about unavailability of very basic facilities like hand-wash, dustbin, and toilet paper on the given phone number. Entire lobby smelt like cigarette smoke. Owner's behavior: instead of listening to customers issues, the guy on the call started arguing very rudely. He went on teaching me why we are a backward state/nation! according to him, guests booking rooms in the price range has no credibility to ask for these basic facilities, no matter what mm t writes for the hotel while booking. Scope for improvement: with the built up area/space, having these simple/basic facilities in place the hotel can be made the best, even with increased price.

thank you very much for your valuable feedback, we have taken it very positively. We really believe in "value for money" and positively we deliver also. We usually receive 2-3 guests in a year where guests need everything in free which is not possible, because we are very budget hotel and don't get any charitable money as well. Currently we are offering rooms between rs. 600 - 900- with attach washroom / led tv/ air-conditioning/ geyser. Don't you think customer should also support and encourage management. Instead of asking more of free / by telling we can write very negative about your hotel post check out. Anyways, thank you very much for your valuable time to write a feedback.
