Review Of Hotel Sea View Residency

The most fascinating thing about this hotel is it's view from balcony, other things such as the behaviour of the staffs, the service was very commendable. One thing the hotel should improve is to make lift facility available. Specially for senior citizens

The maintenance of this hotel is not satisfactory as no hanger was found inside the bathroom for hanging clothes. There is no lift facility in this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel serves homely foods and food is delicious here. Although breakfast options are limited.

Good hotel to staying in puri, a bit far from madding crowd with proper sea view from balcony. They serve tasty food too. Manager mr biswanath and the staff is extremely co operative and helpfulness.

We booked premium sea facing super delux room… unfortunately hotel had no Lift and our room was on the 4th floor. 1st whole day the AC did not work… our room was changed but we were given a room with no view of sea. Terrible hotel.. I don’t recommend anyone to step into this hotel.

Good things first. The room was good and the view was great. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Room service was prompt. Suggestion - geyser was not there in the bathroom. Little more cleanliness could be maintained.

Good to visit and want to visit again in future

It's a small clean hotel one lane away from sea. It's on the end of the busy part of the puri beach road which is the best thing. Good, courteous staff. The room floor was a bit wet throughout the day. Maybe because of proximity to sea. But that is a bit of irritating thing.

Room is very beautiful. Room service is good.

Staff behaviour very well. Food good. Location out side main attraction area. Each and every lock hygien watch time are not properly maintained. Basically not professionaly maintained

We enjoyed the stay here, the staffs were very helpful and cooperative. The hotel doesn't have elevator. Food was good too, and hygienic too

staying is good. bed mattresses were not good.the room has no intercom/bell, we need to call the hotel staff from our phone to ask something. the behaviour of all staffs are excellent. all were helpful.

No change of bedsheet daily basis, no lift, wash room quality is worst, sliding door do not work. No one point service, needed to call individual persons on their mobile for each and every necessary items.

Location is fine but no lift our room was in 2nd floor

Location wise good just 50 meter near sea beach. And also some rooms are sea facing as of now. Room service is good.
