Staff not good , bedsheets not good, overall not good as compared with rates.person at reception area arrogant.

Extremely courteous staff, the location of this hotel is extremely easy to find as it is almost adjacent to csmt. Good quality food was available at affordable prices as well. An area of improvement is overall hygiene of the premises but i'm sure they'll rectify it in time.

There is no proper waiter to attend and vehicle damming my vehicle there is restorant but rate is high. No proper clientele

Very dirty area with bad fish smell, water is so dirty with bad smell. Cost is too much for every basic item. Like one tea cost is 63- rupees

Worst experience, there were bed bugs and i wasn't able to sleep. The blanket was stinking and even washrooms are untidy. We cannot adjust accordingly temperature also. I would not recommend the stay. Not worth your money.

Location: good, near to cs t station and walkable distance from cs t iconic building. Food: good and available readily. Amenities/ services: basic amenities are available including lift, 24 hrs hot water, room service etc. Areas for improvement: 1. Staff making noise in night which disturbed the sleep. 2. Washroom window adjustable glass was missing. Must be attended. 3. Cockroaches roaming in room. Pest control to be done.

The room is full of insects and bugs. There are crawling insects on the floor, under the bed, in the bathroom, in the cupboards, everywhere. They will crawl up everywhere, even on you and into your luggage. Worst, there are bed bugs, the whole mattresses are badly infected. It's downright horrible. You won't be able to sleep with insects crawling up on you and bed bugs biting you. Your entire luggage will be infected too. You can hear sounds from people in the corridor and even the bathroom next door, it's very bad. Stay in the pods at cs t or any other hotel, sleep in the railway waiting room if you have a ticket, but do not stay in this hotel, no matter what. Not one reason to stay here, unless you want to give up sleep with insects crawling everywhere and donating blood to bed bugs and take a load of these bed bugs and insects home. Also, the staff knows about this and they won't help. When i told the staff at reception, they laughed and told me they know, as if happy to have swindled a customer in need. It's absolutely horrible. Please please never stay here.

Clean rooms & well maintained even though it's an old property. Service was ok & hotel restaurant food was good. Walkable distance from csmt. For those traveling for tmm fm, it's 15 mins to start point by walk. Overall good budget hotel.

Location is good, very near to cs-mt rail station. But bed mattress is seperate, hotel staff behavior is good. Rooms are very tiny, big thumbs in the middle of the room

Location of property was next to cs-mt railway station. But the room quality was very poor. The room size was very small, bathrooms were not very clean. Service was poor. The photos posted of hotel rooms are very different from what actually is.

Unfortunately i have booked hotel mistakenly at marine drive mumbai, whereas i was actually searching for hotel at marine drive kochi. Hotel sea lord exist in the same name at both the place hence wrongly booked. Also not get the amount refunded, therefore my entire amount of booking lost.

There are cockroaches roaming in room. No drinking water provided. restourant staffs charging 10 rs extra from mrp to give oboe bottle drinking water. We got sick after having food there. Extremely unhygienic place. Please avoid.

I book room is very bad then change the room. Food is good. Staff is helpful. Bad smells in hotel.

There was bedbugs and not a good experience. Not good location as well. Cockroach as well in room. Wifi was only getting connected if door is open.

Rooms need to be more clean .Staff was helpful and room was not that much clean .my ac temperature was fix I can't change on it ..location of hotel was good as it's near csmt railway station ..hopefully next time they will provide better rooms .thank you ☺️
