Review Of Hotel Saugaat Regency

I had an exam in dera bass i so i booked the hotel for 1 day. Upon our arrival, no toiletries were provided to us, there was no bucket in the bathroom, and we had to ask for it. The room was fine, but the toilet seat was not clean, it had yellow stains from water leakage and it looked awful. The bed sheets were not clean and had a massive food stain which was hidden under the quilt. All this explains the hotel's poor rating. The management is not active, and i don't think the rooms are cleaned after a guest's departure.

Location was good. Food was not available at the Hotel. Service and staff were good. It was a value for money Hotel. Will visit again and recommend the property.

For family it is a very good service and very good Hotel. That is value for money.

Location of hotel is not in Mohali. It's too long from Chandigarh city. Restaurant not for family & vegetarians. Overall cleaned all lobby & rooms. WiFi network not available in room. Overall not advisable for family vacations.

Rooms are very good spacious I stayed here for 2 days staff s good. Food s good . . Worth it living here. Full value for money. You can go fr rahra chickn if lv spicy food. Quality s food. Will be again next tym
