Terrible Stay
It was worst and terrible experience. Room was unhygienic, not clean, not dusted, dustbin was still having one used bottle and old bills of previous guest. Water glass tray was was dust which could be removed by finger. On rack there were used residual of earlier guest like bindi and red sindur. In bathroom comode was not satisfactory clean and flush was unfunctional. Hand jet upon pressing was distributing water uneven, splashing water everywhere but not in place. In addition it was appearing pillow was used. Wall was with termites. In entry of room, ac was open. Felt terribly unhygienic and can't explain the feeling. Worst of worst. Not taken pics, i went there to appear in exam, it was so unsatisfactory that in stead of plan to study at night i preferred to cover pillow from my own towel ( towel i carried) and slept to ignore this. I would like to add that first i was given room no. 111 which was very noisy due to it was facing road side and sounds of trucks and vehicle was in a way as if i was sleeping on road then i requested to change room other side then it was changed to 117, all rooms were almost vacant. Another room also was booked 115 for my colleague that was also having cleaning and maintenance issue. On entry of 1st floor itself the environment was stinky. And on floor the lining of cleaning clothes were visible and everywhere too much of uncleanliness was visible clearly. I asked from boy and shown also, his reply was there are 40 rooms and one cleaning boy, how much he will work. Since i have come not for spending holiday but concentrating on study before the exam i have not taken pics. I wish to inform that there is nil even negative maintenance of this property. And there was worst of worst feeling.

Terrible Stay
No one at the reception to attend, rooms full of cigarettes smell, no cleanliness, staff very rude. Hards doors, wooden work all in bad conditions. Very poor breakfast. Felt more like a cheap roadside hotel rather than a 3- star hotel. Not recommended not at all. Yes, please requesting hotel to please get their landlines checked as nothing works. And if you are allowing smoking in the rooms then please get the foul smell totally off before allotting the room to other guests.

Not a good experience.
Location is good, hygiene is average, basic amenities were out of order (like washroom geyser, exhaust fan, washbasin tap were not working. Food in the restaurant was good but options were limited due to lack of raw materials in the kitchen. Staff was polite but attitude was casual. Better to inform beforehand if you are checking in late because property gates will be closed and locked after 11pm. Overall not a good experience. Will not prefer to book in the future.

You will get better hotels
businessPathetic hotel, not a value for money. On promo page, they talk of 25 amenities but for guests, tv, intercome, tap & hot water is a luxury in the hotel. Food quality is not good. They cannot even cook yellow dal & peas/ potatoes properly. One yellow dal, one pea & potatoes, one rice ( half-cooked) & two chapatis will cost you inr 1200. 00 they will ask you to take boiled eggs instead of an omelette.
This is one of the pathetic hotels. Tv, intercom was not working. They cannot even cook simple food like yellow dal & potato and peas. During breakfast when we asked for an omelette, they offered boiled eggs. Water supply to my colleague's room remains suspended from 5. 30 am to 8. 15 am & geezer was not working. When complained, gm of the hotel said, do not be panic and water will come at its time. They told me that tv will start in another 10-15 mins & those 10 mins never come. I will not visit this hotel again.

Nice location
Hotel is located at a convenient location. The food was nice but costly. The service was slow. The bathroom 's geezer was not working. The staff otherwise cooperated in bringing hot water into the room.
